2、不忘人民老師根本職責(zé),嚴(yán)于律己,寬以待人,以真摯的事業(yè)心,務(wù)實(shí)求真的態(tài)度,履行本職工作,并通過政治思想,學(xué)識程度,教育教學(xué)才能等方面的不斷進(jìn)步來塑造自己的行為。二、教育教學(xué)方面本在實(shí)際的教育中,積極轉(zhuǎn)變思想觀念,探新課程理念的教育教學(xué)方式,深化研究理論課和學(xué)生實(shí)訓(xùn)課,改良教學(xué)方式方法,尤其近年來職業(yè)教育的飛躍開展,作為職業(yè)教育的老師,要與時俱進(jìn),要培養(yǎng)學(xué)生適應(yīng)社會,適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)開展,我把理論教學(xué)作為有利于學(xué)生主動探究現(xiàn)代科學(xué)知識的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境,把獲得知識結(jié)合在實(shí)操訓(xùn)練課上,進(jìn)步學(xué)生的動手才能和社會適應(yīng)力,在情感、態(tài)度價值觀等方面都充分開展作為教學(xué)改革的根本指導(dǎo)思想,把教學(xué)看成是師生之間、學(xué)生之間交往互
3、動,共同開展的過程。目前學(xué)生的來多渠道,思想復(fù)雜,素質(zhì)程度差異很大,給職業(yè)教育帶來很高的難度,我根據(jù)學(xué)生的各種特點(diǎn),精心設(shè)計教學(xué)過程,利用各種教學(xué)設(shè)備,先進(jìn)展教材試講,請同教研組的老師反復(fù)聽評,從研、講、聽、評中推敲完善理想的教案,在教學(xué)中還注重創(chuàng)設(shè)生活化的教學(xué)情境,以豐富多彩的形式展現(xiàn)給學(xué)生,激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。在教學(xué)中不但要教書,還要育人,經(jīng)常深化到學(xué)生去,理解各種不同觀念,不同要求,不同目的的學(xué)生,通過談心,用我的行動表達(dá)我熱愛、信任、關(guān)心、保護(hù)每一個學(xué)生,讓師生之間的關(guān)系處于一種民主和諧的狀態(tài),建立起新型的師生之間平等、民主關(guān)系,把學(xué)生引導(dǎo)到統(tǒng)一認(rèn)識,對自己充滿信心,對將來充滿希望,立
4、志自己成為有用之才,所以必須有一技之長而主動學(xué)習(xí)。三、教學(xué)改革和繼續(xù)教育方面我積極參加校內(nèi)組織的校本培訓(xùn)及各項校本教研活動,觀摩多節(jié)的優(yōu)質(zhì)課,學(xué)習(xí)先進(jìn)的教育理論,經(jīng)常和優(yōu)秀老師、教學(xué)骨干進(jìn)展面對面得交流,在教學(xué)過程中我可以將在培訓(xùn)中學(xué)到的新理念、新方法運(yùn)用到教學(xué)中去。我虛心向一些經(jīng)歷豐富的老老師請教,汲取他們的經(jīng)歷,在教育教學(xué)中發(fā)揮更好的效果,我積極參加教研組的教研活動,不管自己或是別人的公開課,我都參加集體備課活動,使教研組的每一節(jié)公開課都上得圓滿成功,公開課后還參加評課活動,使我從中領(lǐng)悟一些新穎的教學(xué)方式,啟迪自己的課堂教學(xué)。為了進(jìn)一步豐富自己專業(yè)理論知識和專業(yè)技能程度,我還堅持進(jìn)修學(xué)習(xí),

8、本人轉(zhuǎn)變教學(xué)觀念、改良教學(xué)方法打好了根底。二、以身作那么,嚴(yán)格遵守工作紀(jì)律。一方面,在工作中,本人可以嚴(yán)格要求自己,模范遵守學(xué)校的各項規(guī)章制度,做到不遲到、不早退,不缺席。另一方面,本人可以嚴(yán)格遵守老師職業(yè)道德標(biāo)準(zhǔn),關(guān)心保護(hù)學(xué)生,不體罰,變相體罰學(xué)生,建立了良好的師生關(guān)系,在學(xué)生中樹立了良好的形象。三、強(qiáng)化常規(guī),進(jìn)步課堂教學(xué)效率。本學(xué)年,本人強(qiáng)化教學(xué)常規(guī)各環(huán)節(jié):在課前深化鉆研、細(xì)心挖掘教材,把握教材的根本思想、根本概念、教材構(gòu)造、重點(diǎn)與難點(diǎn);理解學(xué)生的知識根底,力求在備課的過程中既備教材又備學(xué)生,準(zhǔn)確把握教學(xué)重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn),不放過每一個知識點(diǎn),在此根底上,精心制作多媒體課件,備寫每一篇教案;在課堂

12、5年,我以優(yōu)異的成績考入衡南一中,1988年,我沒能實(shí)現(xiàn)父母三年的期盼,高考落榜了,由于兩個妹妹還在念高中,作為長兄的我,不愿看到父親在三尺講臺掙那點(diǎn)錢來負(fù)責(zé)這個本就貧窮的家,只好黯然神傷地分開了學(xué)校,走上了眾多人的道路外出打工,然而我的骨子里還是想讀書。1995年,當(dāng)老師的父親在一次出公差中傷斷了腿,承蒙黨的思澤我頂職于1997年9月走上了講臺,接過父親手中的粉筆,成了一名人民老師,冬去春來,在教育這片熱土上我已默默耕耘了十五個春秋。當(dāng)年血?dú)夥絼偟男』镒尤缃裾街心?,多年的鉆研求索,我付出了珍貴的青春年華,卻也積累了不少的教育教學(xué)和班級管理經(jīng)歷,成了茅市初中青年教學(xué)骨干,也獲得了比擬驕人的工
13、作業(yè)績,為茅市初中今天的輝煌作出了較大的奉獻(xiàn)。現(xiàn)將我的工作業(yè)績簡要匯報如下:一、政治思想表現(xiàn)一貫好我熱愛祖國,忠誠黨和人民的教育事業(yè),堅持黨的四項根本原那么,全面貫徹黨的教育方針,扎根山區(qū),默默耕耘,在學(xué)校里,身為一個普通老師,工作從不挑剔,總是自覺服從學(xué)校工作安排,并主動盡自己的才能去及時高質(zhì)量完成。在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同志的信任下,我參加工作至今,一直擔(dān)任三個班化學(xué)教學(xué)和二個班地理教學(xué),后來,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)覺得工作耐心細(xì)致,深受學(xué)生喜歡,又讓我擔(dān)任一個班的班主任,這樣一來,我的課時工作是每天到達(dá)了六節(jié)以上,我考慮到學(xué)校的需要和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的重托,沒有推辭。這是淡然一笑,接過了任務(wù),這樣一干就是十五年,很多同事都開玩笑說
14、:“你真是鐵打的老黃牛,身體吃得消嗎?”我付之一笑:“有課上,生活才充實(shí)嘛!”在教學(xué)中,我備課認(rèn)認(rèn)真真,上課輕輕松松,課后忙繁忙碌。從不拘泥了傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)形式,總是讓自己的教學(xué)如小溪流的水,鮮活而有闖勁,根據(jù)時代及學(xué)生實(shí)際與時俱進(jìn)。全面施行素質(zhì)教育,為培養(yǎng)時代需要的高素質(zhì)人才而努力不息。在平時生活中,我時時刻刻為學(xué)生所牽掛,事事處處為學(xué)生所著想。把“受”播撒給每一個學(xué)生,用真情鼓勵學(xué)生,用愛心感化學(xué)生,用無私幫助學(xué)生。像109班的陳少軍,父親早亡,母親不堪重負(fù)離家出走不知所蹤,面對這個學(xué)習(xí)優(yōu)異的孤兒,我不顧妻子的反對,把他帶回家,負(fù)責(zé)他的吃穿住用,自然包括學(xué)費(fèi),當(dāng)他以627分的優(yōu)異成績考入同治大
15、學(xué)時,發(fā)出的第一條感謝短訊,用的還是我送給他的手機(jī)。還有像132班的謝小操,父母離異,她的右腿膿腫發(fā)炎,醫(yī)生診斷可能會開展成骨髓炎,而她父母竟互踢皮球,不聞不問,我無言了,帶著這個可憐的有父母的“孤兒”去就醫(yī),墊付的醫(yī)藥費(fèi)又是1580多元,正如妻子對我的評價:“你當(dāng)班主任,不僅是當(dāng)義工,還要我倒貼生活費(fèi)”。在名利上,我從不計個人得失,像我這么敬業(yè)愛生,評先評優(yōu)自不用說,但我都謝絕了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的厚愛,主動把榮譽(yù)讓給了別人。二、學(xué)識程度不斷進(jìn)步念高中時,我是班上的學(xué)習(xí)委員,學(xué)習(xí)成績優(yōu)異,參加工作后,我深知自己學(xué)識程度的缺乏,難以滿足教育教學(xué)工作的需要,便不斷給自己的“加油、充電”,補(bǔ)充“能量”,自費(fèi)訂閱
16、了化學(xué)通訊化學(xué)教學(xué)中學(xué)生化學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)報等報刊雜志以豐富自己的知識,開拓自己的視野,更新自己的教學(xué)理念。另一方面,我于20_0年中師畢業(yè)后,又參加漢語言文學(xué)大專自考,20_年又參加化學(xué)本科函授學(xué)習(xí),確保自己在給學(xué)生“一杯水”的同時,保證了自己先有“一桶水”。參加工作以來,我還主動參加各科培訓(xùn)學(xué),先后參加了新課改培訓(xùn),普通話培訓(xùn),信息技術(shù)培訓(xùn),使自己始終能與時俱進(jìn),緊跟時代的步伐,以雄厚的根底知識和專業(yè)知識,在化學(xué)教學(xué)的殿堂里,自由馳騁,運(yùn)籌帷幄三、業(yè)務(wù)才能不斷加強(qiáng)“冰凍三尺,非一日之寒”,老師的成長過程領(lǐng)經(jīng)歷化螢成蝶的蛻變,在三尺講臺不斷錘煉、探究、創(chuàng)新,才能成為一方“名師”。作為非“科班”出身的我
17、,深知自己的從教之路荊棘叢生,所以在教學(xué)理論中我比別人多一份勤奮,少一份歡愉;多一番反思,少一番急躁;多一點(diǎn)虛心,少一點(diǎn)自傲。工作至今,我一直踐行著這樣的做法:每上完一堂課后,總要寫一些教學(xué)心得,總結(jié)反思成功與缺乏之處。經(jīng)常去聽教學(xué)經(jīng)歷豐富老師的課,擇善而從,揚(yáng)長避短;業(yè)余時間閱讀有關(guān)化學(xué)教學(xué)的報刊雜志,或上網(wǎng)查找相關(guān)資料,以不斷更新知識,更新教法;積極參加教研教改活動,在活動中不斷鍛煉自己,進(jìn)步自己。20_1年,我先后參加學(xué)校、全鎮(zhèn)化學(xué)比武課,一躍成為全鎮(zhèn)的嬌嬌者,20_2年成了茅市初中化學(xué)科教研組長;積極撰寫教育教學(xué)論文,以期拋磚引玉,進(jìn)一步進(jìn)步完善自己。20_年,我的淺談如何抓好初中化學(xué)
18、教學(xué)在全鎮(zhèn)化學(xué)研討會推廣。20_年,我的談初中生化學(xué)科學(xué)素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)在茅市鎮(zhèn)初三化學(xué)教學(xué)討論會作典型示導(dǎo)。20_年,我的化學(xué)論文初三化學(xué)鼓勵性教育初探獲市一等獎。這獎那獎,不如學(xué)生的夸獎,這杯那杯,不如家長的口碑:“把孩子送到陳老師手中,我們放心!”如今,在茅市鎮(zhèn)每逢招生,總有那么些家長點(diǎn)名要將子女送到我班;每次招生,我班總是以人數(shù)爆滿而提早完畢招生, 一時被老師戲稱為“招生辦主任”。四、工作成績一直突出天道酬勤,付出終有回報。多年來,我所教學(xué)的三個班化學(xué),在全鎮(zhèn)檢測中,質(zhì)量綜合評價排名一直位居第一,在中考中,連最差的一班合格率也在85%以上。我輔導(dǎo)的學(xué)生,也屢次在各級奧賽中獲獎:20_年我輔導(dǎo)
