Unit weight andthefoot screwfixed position isshowedasfollowingcharts ．其它注意事項： Otherattentions室內(nèi)外機組安裝位置要選擇適當(dāng)，必須安裝在無日光照射、遠(yuǎn)離熱源的地方。Indoorandoutdoorunitmustbeinstalledintheplacewhichhasnosunlightilluminatedandfarfromheatresource.室外機組安裝應(yīng)考慮對建筑物外觀的影響。Theinfluenceonthebuildingappearancemustbeconsideredwheninstalltheoutdoorunit.安裝安置應(yīng)盡量選在管路短、彎曲少、高差小的地方。Installationshouldbesituatedinplaceswherethepipeisshort,bendsarefewandtheheightdifferenceislittle.5/29(4)室外機組的位置不在地面或樓頂平面而需懸掛在墻壁上時,應(yīng)制作牢固可靠的支架。Whileoutsideunitisnotinstalledonthegroundorthetopplane,buthungonthewall,itmustusethefirmsupport.(5)室外機組出風(fēng)口不應(yīng)對準(zhǔn)強風(fēng)吹的方向，上面不應(yīng)有障礙物。若頂部空間不夠時，需安裝彎曲型導(dǎo)風(fēng)管將風(fēng)導(dǎo)向遠(yuǎn)處，以避免氣流短路而影響機組性能。Theoutsideunit’sairoutletcouldn’tbeinthedirectionofstrongbreeze,andtherewon’tbeobstaclesaboveit．Iftheabovespaceisnotenough,pleaseinstallbendingtypewindducttoguidethewindtodistance,avoidingthatunitperformancewillbeinfluencedbyairflowshort．側(cè)出風(fēng)型室內(nèi)機安裝在空調(diào)房內(nèi)時，除考慮安裝方便外，還要保證氣流合理，送風(fēng)均勻。Whilesideairoutletmodelindoorunit’installationintheairconditionerroom,exceptconsideringconvenientinstallation,itshouldensureairflowreasonablyandairsupplyequably.任何情況下，室內(nèi)機組都不能安裝在室外。Inanycase,theinsideunitshouldnotbeinstalledoutside.3. 安裝 Installation示例圖 demonstration6/29a.搬運、吊裝 Handling,hoisting機組可用鏟車或吊車運輸，吊裝時應(yīng)如下圖進(jìn)行操作。Unitcanbetransportedbyforkliftorhoist,pleaseoperateasthefollowingchartwhilehoist.必須大于60°mustlargethan60 °包裝箱底架pakingboxchasis注意事項 Attentions吊裝前應(yīng)檢查機體吊環(huán)是否旋緊，纜繩是否安裝牢固。Beforehoisting,shouldensuretheorganismringstightened,thehawsersfastened.搬運或吊裝過程中，應(yīng)保持機體平衡，切勿突然升高、降低或劇烈晃動。Duringhandlingorhoisting,keeporganismbalance,donviolently.

’trise,dropsuddenlyorswayb.管路布置 Pipesarrangement連接管路的布置須根據(jù)現(xiàn)場情況參照以下原則進(jìn)行：Connectionpipearrangementmustaccordingtothesite’sconditionandrefertothefollowingprinciples:(1)盡可能縮短連接管長度，最好在 5m以內(nèi)Trytoshortenthelengthofconnectionpipe,bestwithin5m.盡可能減小室內(nèi)外機高度差。Trytoshortenthealtitudedifferencebetweenindoorandoutdoorunits.盡可能減少連接管路的彎頭數(shù)。Trytoreducethejoint’samountusedforconnectionifpossible.7/29連接管長超過20米時，需檢查系統(tǒng)的潤滑油是否足夠，必要時，需適當(dāng)增加。Whenpipelongerthan20m,inspectlubewhetheritisenough,additwhennecessary.當(dāng)室內(nèi)外機高度不同時，參照下圖進(jìn)行管路布置。Ifindoorandoutdoorunit液管（即細(xì)管）-----氣管（即粗管）室內(nèi)機Indoor

Connectionsteps工具準(zhǔn)備Preparingtools一切工具、備件、材料必須準(zhǔn)備齊全，如沖擊鉆、真空泵、氮氣瓶、配管工具、制冷劑壓力表等。All tools, reservepartsandmaterials mustbeprepared allinreadiness, forexample：Percussiondrill,vacuumpump,nitrogencylinder, pipe-fittools,refrigerantgaugeandsoon．(2) 室內(nèi)機安裝 Indoorunitinstallation參照前述要求安裝固定室內(nèi)機。Installandfixindoorunitaccordingtoabovedemands ．室外機安裝Outdoorunitinstallation參照前述要求安裝固定室外機。Installandfixoutdoorunitaccordingtoabovedemands．打墻孔Drillholesinwall在墻底部打圓孔或長方形孔，以穿過連接管、排水管、電線等。Drillingroundorsquareholesinthebottomwalltoletconnectingpipe,waterdrainpipeandwirescross．管路連接Connectingpipes申菱牌風(fēng)冷系列空調(diào)機管路連接方式有兩種：小于或等于LF/LFD29N以及LF/LFD58N、LF/LFD85N機組采用喇叭口連接，其它類型機組采用焊接方式連接。連接時須注意以下幾點：Therearetwomethodstoconnectpipesof“SHENLING”air-cooledseriesairconditioner:Flared-tubeconnectionisforunitssmallerthanLF/LFD29NandLF/LFD58N/LF/LFD85N.Andweldingconnectionisfortheotherunits.Thefollowingpointsmustbepaidattentiontowhileconnecting;喇叭口連接方式Wayofflared-tubeconnection盤管展開時采用反繞的方法緩慢進(jìn)行，避免折扁銅管。Unfoldcoiledpipeslowlybywayoftwistinginreverse,soasnottobendthecoppertubeflatted.管道的彎曲加工用彎管器進(jìn)行，彎曲半徑較大時也可用手緩慢地彎曲。彎曲半徑過小，容易造成管子損壞，彎曲半徑限度要求不小于銅管外徑的 6倍。9/29Usetubebendertobendmachinerypipeorbendbyhandwhentheradiusofcurvatureislarger．Iftheradiusofcurvatureistoolittle,pipesmaybeminerthan6timesofthepipesexternaldiameter.松開角閥連接處螺母，卸下連接管堵頭，在喇叭處涂上冷凍油，快速地將兩者連接起來（要求5分鐘內(nèi)），喇叭口位置對好之后，再用板手緊固螺母。Loosennutandremovetheplugfromeaglevalve,thensmeartheflaredwithrefrigerantoilandconnectthetwopartstogetherquickly(in5minutes),whentheflare’sseatwell,thentightenthenutusingspanner.當(dāng)所需要管長超過5m時，需按要求加長銅管并補充制冷劑Ifconnectingpipeislongerthan5m,increasethelengthofthe copperpipeandaddrefrigerant.焊接方式 : Wayofweldingconnection采用硬釬焊連接所有接頭。Connectalljointsbybrazewelding.銅管切割后須清除毛刺及管內(nèi)異物。Getridoftheburandforeignmatterinpipeaftercuttingthecoppertube.焊接時管內(nèi)必須充氮。Filltubewithnitrogenwhenwelding.充氮試漏Chargewithnitrogentohaveleakagetest銅管連接之后，從接頭處制冷劑充注口（喇叭口連接式在角閥上，焊接式須打開所有室內(nèi)側(cè)球閥，再從室內(nèi)機制冷劑充注口充氮）充入氮氣至1.5Mpa，用肥皂液檢查連接管各接頭處是否有漏，若有漏，接頭必須重新處理。注意：切勿用氧氣或乙炔氣試漏！Afterconnectingcopperpipe,chargewithnitrogentothepressureof1.5MPthroughchargingvalveatthejoint(thechargevalveofflaredconnectingtypeisattheeaglevalve,butastoweldingconnectingtype,allindoorsideballvalvemustbeopened,thenchargenitrogenthroughthechargevalveofindoorunit).Andusingsoapsudstocheckeveryjointoftheconnectionpipetoseeifthereisanyleakageornot,ifitis,thejointmustbedealtwithagain ．CAUTIONS:Besurenottodoleakagetestwithoxygenoracetylene.(7) 空氣排除 Airdischarge充氮試漏之后，必須排除管道內(nèi)空氣。因系統(tǒng)空間較大 ,建議采用真空泵抽除管道內(nèi)空氣,不要采用放制冷劑方法來排除管道內(nèi)空氣。否則由于排除不凝性氣體不徹10/29底會造成系統(tǒng)高壓升高和制冷性能下降。Airinpipesmustberemovedafterleakagetest.Asthesystemspaceisalittlelarge,vacuumpumpissuggestedtodrawairfromthepipe,nottogetridoftheairbychargingpipewithrefrigerant,orbecauseincondensablegascannotbeexhausted,thehighpressureofsystemwillriseandrefrigerantratingperformancedescend.真空檢漏Vacuumleakagetest抽真空至管內(nèi)絕對壓力 1300Pa, 保持 5分鐘壓力無變化 ,否則接頭處有漏須重新處理。抽真空時 ,喇叭口連接式只需抽除管道內(nèi)空氣 ,焊接式必須開啟室內(nèi)側(cè)所有球閥后(因室內(nèi)機充有少量氮氣,所以必須連同室內(nèi)機一起抽,但室外機球閥不能開),再在空調(diào)機制冷系統(tǒng)的高低壓兩端制冷劑充注口分別抽除空氣,不能只抽一端。Achievethevacuuminpipe(absolutepressure1300Pa)andkeepitfor5minuteswithoutpressurechanging,andifitchanged,theremustbealeakageinjoints,sothejointsmustbedealtwithagain.Onlytheairinpipeneedtobevacuumedforflaredconnectingtypeunit.Butforweldingconnectingtypeunitallindoorsideballvalvesmustbeopened(becauseindoorunithasbeenchargedwithalittlenitrogen,pipemustbevacuumedwithindoorunittogether,butballvalvesofoutdoorsidecannotbeopened),thedrawairseparatelyfromthechargingvalveoftherefrigerationsysteminairconditioner,whenvacuuming,payattentionnottovacuumonesideonly.放出制冷劑Letrefrigerantout空調(diào)機出廠時制冷劑貯存在室外機內(nèi)。放出制冷劑時應(yīng)先打開制冷劑液路兩個角閥(或球閥),再打開另兩個角閥(或球閥)。開啟角閥時須注意,必須擰開至上死點并略擰緊,再蓋上防漏蓋帽。球閥只需將閥桿轉(zhuǎn)90°,(閥桿上有箭頭指示流動方向)再蓋上防漏蓋帽。所有閥都打開之后,須將原“全關(guān)”掛牌換為“全開”掛牌。Refrigerantisstoredinoutdoorunitwhenairconditionerleavingfactory．Openeaglevalve(orballvalve),whichisthinnerpipevalve,’insrefrigerantliquidpipeofeverysystemfirstwhenlettingrefrigerantout,thenopenothertwoeagleorballvalve．Whileopeningeaglevalve,thevalverodmustbeopenedtothetopdeadcenterandtightenalittle,thenleakproofcupmustbefitted.Forballvalve,turntherodtotheeagleof90°(thereisarrowindicatingturningdirection)andfittheleakproofcap．Afterallvalveopened,changethehangingplate“Closeall”to“Openall”復(fù)查接口泄漏Checkagainthejointsleakage閥門開啟之后，用鹵素檢漏儀或肥皂液在接口處復(fù)查有無泄漏。Aftervalvesopened,usehalideleakdetectororsoapsudstocheckthejoints ．電線連接Connectingelectricalwires用多芯電纜線連接室內(nèi)外機接線端子。11/29Usemultiplecorecablewitheveryconductor’sectionbeingtoconnectindoorandoutdoorterminals．注意：每臺室外機必須按序號和相對應(yīng)的制冷系統(tǒng)的電路部分進(jìn)行連接 ,切勿接錯 ,否則空調(diào)機不能正常運行。Note：Each outdoor unit must connect with electrical branching of correspondingrefrigerationsystemaccordingtothenumber,ifindisorder,theairconditionercannotoperatenormally．包扎Wrappingup連接銅管包好保溫層之后 (僅對焊接方式而言 ,喇叭口方式銅管上已套好保溫管 ),將銅管、電線等用塑膠帶妥善包扎并固定好。Afterconnectioncopperpipebindingupthethermalinsulation(onlyforweldingwayconnection for flared tube connection, the pipe hasbeen cased with insulationlayer)． Thenbinduppipes,wires,etc.withplastictapeandtightenthem ．4.制冷劑補充 Supplementingrefrigerant當(dāng)連接管路超過 5m時, 必須補充制冷劑(R22), 請用戶安裝時參照下表進(jìn)行補充。停機時補充制冷劑可從角閥冷劑充注口充 入, 開機時補充制冷必須從壓縮機吸氣口(即低壓端，壓縮機較粗的接管)冷劑充注口吸 入,此時冷劑罐不宜倒置, 以保證制冷劑以氣體方式吸入壓縮機, 避免壓縮機發(fā)生液擊而受到損壞。When connecting pipe is in excess of 5m, refrigerant (R22) must besupplementedwhileuserinstalling ．Pleaserefertofollowingtable.Whenunitisnotworking,refrigerantcanbechargedfromchargeplugatanglevalve,iftheairconditionerisoperating,refrigerantmustbechargedfromtheplugofcompressor’sdrawingside
