從您購買杭州山立凈化設備有限公司產(chǎn)品之日起,您將會得到本公司一流的售后服務。冷干機工藝流程冷干機配置流程冷干機主要零部件圖解設備安裝注意事項冷干機安裝標準要求:無須安裝地腳螺栓,但要求基礎水平堅固,并要顧及排水系統(tǒng)的高度和設置排水地溝。

二、冷干機避免安置于屋外直接日曬和雨淋或溫度高、通風不良以及塵埃多的場所,需安裝在環(huán)境溫度高于0℃低于38℃的地方,風冷式冷干機必須安置在室內(nèi),并具有良好的通氣設備以維持冷干機的正常工作。安裝在空壓房內(nèi)的風冷式冷干機,要采取冷干機與空壓機的隔熱措施。警告警告通風不良將導致冷凝后的熱空氣流反復通過風冷冷凝器而使室溫不斷升高。這將導致制冷壓縮機排氣壓力過高使冷媒高壓開關保護或使電機內(nèi)部過載保護,最終使設備停止運轉。將風冷冷干機置于可使冷卻空氣便于通過冷凝器的地方,設備與周圍環(huán)境或機器之間的距離應保持在1米以上的空間便于保養(yǎng)和維修。三、安裝時應盡量避免管道太長,彎曲角度太多,管徑太小,以免產(chǎn)生壓力降,設備空氣進出口口上方請加裝旁路閥以利檢修。四、安裝冷干機電源時電器接線可能在運輸過程中由于震動而松動,請用工具擰緊,并注意以下幾點:

1、額定電壓在±5%范圍以內(nèi)。

2、電源進線的線徑須視電流大小及線路長短而定。

3、SLAD-0.5NF∽8.5NF電源須專用。警告警告連接冷干機的電線必須符合國際(IEC)和地方上的法規(guī)和標準,并檢查設備銘牌上標明的電壓,電線的連接必須由專業(yè)電工人員操作。注意注意—電源相序若冷干機所配的是渦旋式壓縮機則對電源相序有要求,相位不正確會使壓縮機反轉導致壓縮機損壞。檢查壓縮機轉向是否正確的方法:開機后立即觀察冷媒低壓(壓力露點)及冷媒高壓表,如果冷媒低壓(壓力露點)表逐漸下降、冷媒高壓表逐漸上升,則壓縮機轉向正確。反之冷媒高、低壓表均不動(有點原地顫抖),同時伴有壓縮機噪音過大,此時應在三秒內(nèi)停機,調(diào)換電源相序使之正確后方能開機。五、水冷型的冷干機,循環(huán)冷卻水的水壓須在0.2-0.4Mpa之間,水溫≤32℃且經(jīng)過軟化處理,為防止水冷冷凝器生銹或臟堵,建議在水冷冷凝器的冷卻水進口安裝水過濾器。六、冷干機入口處最好加裝主管路過濾器,可避免冷干機的換熱管表面被≥3um的固態(tài)雜質和油霧污染,直接影響冷干機的熱交換性能。七、冷干機最好裝在后部冷卻器與儲氣罐之后,以降低壓縮空氣在冷干機的進口溫度,關系機體的性能及壽命,請妥善處理,如有疑難,歡迎致電詢問。電子排水器的安裝和使用一、過濾球閥集隔離用球閥和過濾網(wǎng)于一體,外形小巧,清洗方便;額定壓力16Bar,冷凝水入口1/2",出口1/2"或1/4"。加裝在電子排水器之前,確保閥芯不易堵塞(如下圖示)。二、電磁閥安裝時須注意冷凝水的流動方向應該與閥體上箭頭的方向一致;閥體水平位置安裝,線圈朝上;閥的出口處連接管子(如硬PVC管)并通入下水道。三、定時器接線時先擰下接線頭頂部的螺絲,從定時器上拔下接線頭,取下接線頭的外殼(接線頭蓋),把連接電纜線從外殼穿線孔穿過,如下圖所示進行接線。接線完畢后,將接線頭蓋裝回原處,將接線頭重新插到定時器上,收緊電纜線,適度擰緊接線頭蓋的防水螺母,防止潮氣沿電纜線進入定時器,最后再擰緊固定螺絲(十字頭M3)。此螺絲除了有連接作用外,更有壓緊密封墊的功能,防止水進入密封墊的結合部,因此務必擰緊,否則,密封墊起不到防水作用,會造成線圈及定時器的故障。注意注意連接電纜線,須使用¢7~¢8三芯圓形護套電纜線,并確實可靠接地,使用與要求相符的電源。四、設定定時器時,用左邊旋鈕設定間隔時間,用右邊旋鈕設定排放時間,用戶應根據(jù)氣候及工況做調(diào)整。SLAD系列冷凍式干燥機操作方法一、開機前的檢查1.檢查制冷系統(tǒng):觀察設備儀表板上的冷媒高、低壓表讀數(shù),兩表在一定壓力下達到平衡,而這平衡壓力是根據(jù)周圍溫度的高低而上下波動,一般在(0.5MPa左右~1.2MPa左右)。注意注意如果冷媒低壓表讀數(shù)為零,則制冷劑已經(jīng)泄露,請與廠家聯(lián)系以便維修。2.檢查電源電壓是否正常,(SLAD-0.5NF~SLAD-8.5NF為AC220V/50HZ±5%;SLAD-10NF以上為3相AC380/220V/50HZ±5%)。3.檢查空氣管路是否正常,空氣進口壓力不得超過選型時的工作壓力,進氣溫度盡量不超過選型時的確定值。4.處理量30立方及以上的冷干機裝有壓縮機油加熱器,在設備首次使用開機前必須加熱(接通電源,加熱器自動加熱)8小時以上,以保證壓縮機油腔內(nèi)的油溫至少高于環(huán)境溫度10℃警告警告如果壓縮機油加熱器不加熱就開機將會導致設備壓縮機的損壞,啟動前不遵從操作指導出現(xiàn)問題,不予保修。5.若選用的是水冷式,還應檢查冷卻水是否已經(jīng)接至冷凝器,冷卻水是否正常,水壓為0.2Mpa~0.4Mpa,水溫≤32℃常規(guī)控制儀表板說明

冷媒低壓表(壓力露點表):指示蒸發(fā)器內(nèi)冷媒的飽和壓力值。

冷媒高壓表:指示冷媒的冷凝壓力值。

空氣出口壓力表:指示壓縮空氣在冷干機出口處的壓力值。轉換開關(黑色旋鈕):就地/遠程控制轉換。待啟動指示燈(綠):按下啟動按鈕后此燈亮,5分鐘后壓縮機啟動后暗掉。

啟動按鈕(綠):按下按鈕,則冷干機被接通電源開始運轉工作。停機按鈕(紅):按下此按鈕則冷干機停止工作。

電源指示燈(紅):電源接通合上空氣開關后此燈亮。

運行指示燈(綠):此燈亮則表明冷干機正在運轉工作。

冷媒高低壓故障指示燈(黃):此燈亮則表明冷干機內(nèi)的高低壓保護開關跳脫,需停機檢查。

電機過載故障指示燈(黃):此燈亮則表明壓縮機工作電流過載,過載繼電器已跳脫,需停機檢查。冷干機的啟動過程:

1、接通電源,合上空氣開關,此時設備儀表上的電源指示燈(紅)亮。

2、若水冷式,應打開冷卻水進出閥門;

3、按下綠色啟動按鈕,接觸器吸合,待啟動指示燈(綠)亮,5分鐘后待啟動指示燈(綠)滅,壓縮機開始運轉,運行指示燈(綠)亮;

4、檢查壓縮機運轉是否正常,有無異常響聲,冷媒低壓表指針是否下降至表上0.3~0.5MPa正常范圍內(nèi)(R22制冷劑)。5、如一切正常,再開啟空氣壓縮機和空氣進出口截止閥向冷干機送氣,并且關閉空氣旁路閥,此時空氣壓力表會指示出空氣出口壓力;6、觀察5~10min后,經(jīng)冷干機處理后的空氣可達設計壓力露點2~10℃表指示正常范圍如下:冷媒低壓:R22及R407C0.3~0.5MPaR134A0.1~0.3Mpa冷媒高壓:R22及R407C1.2~1.6MPaR134A0.7~1.1Mpa7、慢慢打開自動排水器上的銅球閥,讓空氣中的冷凝水流入排水器中,經(jīng)它排出設備外。注意注意冬天環(huán)境溫度低時,則應先開機器再打開冷卻水進出閥門。冷干機的停機過程:1、打開旁通閥讓壓縮空氣繼續(xù)流入下游管道,然后關閉冷干機的出口閥門;2、關閉冷干機的進口截止閥,并將冷干機卸壓;注意設備停機時,應打開冷凝器上的排水口及時將水排凈,以免滯留在冷凝器內(nèi)的冷卻水因環(huán)境溫度過低結冰而損壞冷凝器。注意設備停機時,應打開冷凝器上的排水口及時將水排凈,以免滯留在冷凝器內(nèi)的冷卻水因環(huán)境溫度過低結冰而損壞冷凝器。冷于機操作時應注意的事項:

1、應盡量避免冷干機長時間在無負荷狀態(tài)下運轉;

2、禁止冷干機短時間連續(xù)開停,每次開機至少間隔10分鐘,以免損壞制冷壓縮機。冷干機的保養(yǎng)要求

對冷干機的保養(yǎng)是非常必要的,正確的使用和保養(yǎng)不僅可使冷干機達到使用要求,而且可延長其壽命。冷干機在出廠前都已測試,所有的控制功能也已校驗,如果冷干機安裝在潔凈的環(huán)境里并在規(guī)定的環(huán)境溫度范圍內(nèi)工作,冷干機將會長期地正常運轉。常規(guī)的維護保養(yǎng)有以下幾點:一、設備運行時檢查冷媒低壓表讀數(shù)是否在正常范圍內(nèi)。空氣系統(tǒng)中,冷媒低壓過低將會導致結霜或結冰,使壓力損失增大并可能導致壓縮機損壞。壓力過高將使系統(tǒng)的制冷量減少。二、自動排水器的保養(yǎng):

應每天檢查自動排水器排水情況,定期清洗排水器內(nèi)濾網(wǎng),以免堵塞而失去排水作用;警告警告首次使用,請用工況壓縮空氣沖洗管路二十分鐘后再裝排水器,否則將會堵塞排水器。三、電動排水器的保養(yǎng):建議您每次檢查壓縮空氣系統(tǒng)時,順便按幾下定時器上的手動測試按鈕(TEST)檢查電子排水器是否能正常得電排水。在使用電子排水器的過程中,應特別注意以下幾點:1、定時器上TEST薄膜開關是手動測試按鈕,每按動一次,排水器按照設定時間排放一次。此按鈕在日常工作中用于隨時檢查排水情況。2、電子排水器在使用中,可能會出現(xiàn)電磁閥關閉不嚴的情況,表現(xiàn)為一直漏氣,通常該故障并非排水器本身質量所致,其原因是冷凝水太臟,其中的微小固體顆粒物進入閥芯與芯殼之間的間隙,將閥芯卡住。出現(xiàn)此故障時可用如下方法排除:反復多次按測試按鈕直至故障排除(此方法對大多數(shù)的閥芯卡住極為有效)。如以上方法不能奏效,則需拆開電磁閥,清洗閥芯。四、冷于機若另裝有排污閥,須定時每日排污兩次以上。

五、風冷式的冷凝器,其翅片間距只有2~3mm極易被空氣中的塵埃堵塞,造成散熱不良,臟的冷凝器將會使制冷系統(tǒng)冷凝壓力升高,壓縮機將會因過載而停止運行,所以應定期對它進行清洗,一般用壓縮空氣噴洗或用銅刷刷洗。亦可用加了清洗劑的低壓水柱進行噴沖清洗,同理每年和根據(jù)需要清洗水冷凝器中的臟物及銹蝕等雜物。六、水過濾器保養(yǎng):

水過濾器主要為了防止冷卻水中的固態(tài)雜質進入冷凝器而影響換熱,所以應定期對濾網(wǎng)進行清洗,以免使水循環(huán)量不足,造成冷凝溫度過高。七、機組內(nèi)部的保養(yǎng):

在停機的時候,應定期對內(nèi)部機件做吸塵清洗處理,并注意保護制冷系統(tǒng),以免損壞。

八、隨時注意設備前后左右是否保持通風良好,并要避免陽光直曬和一切熱源。

九、在滿負荷情況下,檢查通過冷干機氣流的壓力損失,如果比設計的值高(0.035Mpa),請反向清洗空氣管路:將冷干機從系統(tǒng)中脫離出來,堵上所有排水管路,向空氣系統(tǒng)中注入添加了清洗劑的水,保持4~6小時后用水泵使清洗劑從空氣出口注入,空氣進口排出,循環(huán)沖洗。最后用溫水沖洗干凈。如果壓損仍然寸在,請與生產(chǎn)廠家聯(lián)系。風冷式冷干機的冷凝器翅片清洗方法:機械式自動排水器清洗要點:將自動排水器分解,浸泡于肥皂水或洗潔精中再以毛刷刷洗。注意清洗排水器時,使用肥皂泡沫清洗即可,嚴禁使用汽油、甲苯、松香水等侵蝕劑。注意清洗排水器時,使用肥皂泡沫清洗即可,嚴禁使用汽油、甲苯、松香水等侵蝕劑。電子排水器的清洗關閉過濾器,按測試(TEST)按鈕,確保電子自動排水器與空壓系統(tǒng)隔離(在零壓力下);切斷電子自動排水器電源;松開并取下連接線圈、控制器、接線頭的長螺釘;松開線圈上防水螺帽取下線圈;用扳手松開鐵芯外殼,取下動鐵芯及彈簧;清洗電磁閥體、鐵芯外殼、鐵芯、彈簧;清洗好后按相反步驟重新裝回即可。冷干機的典型故障分析和處理
