Whencounterpartcodesofallinternaltransactionshavebeenrecorded,transactionsystemwillbeabletoexportdataofinternaltransactionsandtransferthedatauptothehigherlevels.P5. Thereportingsystemmusthavefacilitiesforuserstoquery,viewandprinttheinternaltransactiondataandtheeliminationentries.Thisreportisthekeyinputfortheusersintheeliminationprocess.Userscreateeliminationentriesbasedontheinformationcontainedintheinternaltransactiontable.Tofacilitatethecreationofthisreport,tableT5-(Accountpairs)isneededtorecordtheaccount“pairs”fortheoffsetingaccounts.Thisprocessmustalsobeabletoprinteliminationreportwhichcomparestheinternaltransactionswiththeeliminationentriesthathasbeendone.Theeliminationreportmustbereportedtothehigherlevelasacontrolreporttoensurethateliminationsaredoneproperlyatthelevelwhereitisperformed.P13.
