AccordingtotherequirementsofDocumentJianBiao[2011]NO.17issuedbyMinistryofHousing

andUrban-RuralDevelopment-"NoticeonPrintingtheDevelopmentandRevisionPlanofNational

EngineeringConstructionStandardsin2011".ThiscodeiscompiledbyCHINAMCC5GROUPCORP.

LTD.

Inthecourseofcompilationofthiscode,thewideinvestigateandresearchiscarriedout,andthe

practicalexperienceofengineeringconstructioninmanyyearsissummarized,andthiscodeisrevised

repeatedlyonthebasisofwidelyseekingopinionsofrelevantunitsandexperts,andfinally,thiscodeis

finalizedafterexamination.

Thecodecomprises11Chaptersand5Appendixeswiththemaintechnicalcontentsasfollows:

Inordertoincreasetheinstallationlevelofsiliconsteelproductionline,strengthenthequality

controlofprocessofconstruction,guaranteethequalityofconstruction,achievetheobjectiveofsafetyand

environmentalprotectionandhavingadvancedtechnology,thiscodeisherebydrawnup.

Thiscodeissuitablefortheacceptanceofinstallationandqualityofengineeringequipmentof

grain-orientedsiliconsteelproductionline.

1.0.3

Theinstallationandacceptanceofengineeringequipmentofgrain-orientedsiliconsteelproduction

lineshouldconformtotheregulationsofrelevantnationalstandardineffectwhileitmeetstherequirements

ofthiscode.

2BasicRequirements

2.0.1

Intheconstruction,thereshouldbethecorrespondingtechnicalstandardforconstruction,quality

managementsystem,qualitycontrolandinspectionsystem,operationdocumentofdesignandconstruction

schemeoforganizationforconstruction.

2.0.2

Therequirementsofadoptedengineeringtechnicaldocumentandcontractforinstallationquality

shouldnotbelessthanthespecificationsofthiscode.

2.0.3

Iftheconstructiondrawingwillbechanged,thereshouldbethedocumentsignedbythedesign

organization.

2.0.4

Themeasuringinstrumentsusedinthequalityexaminationandacceptancemustbecalibratedand

qualified,andshouldbeusedwithintheperiodofvalidity.

2.0.5

Beforeinstallingtheequipment,theequipmentfoundationshouldbequalifiedintheacceptance,

andtherelevantfactorybuildingshouldhavetheconditiontoinstalltheequipment,andthesiteshould

havethesourceofwater,powersupply,operationplaneandoperationspace,andtheroadfortransportation

shouldbeunimpeded.

2.0.6專用

Intheinstallationofequipment,itisnecessarytosetthecentraldatumlineanddatumpoint,lay

thepermanentcentralguideboardandelevationdatumpoint,anditisnecessarytoperiodicallyremeasure

thepermanentcentralguideboardandelevationdatumpoint.

2.0.7

Theequipmentshouldbeinstalledaccordingtothespecifiedprocedure,andaftereverywork

procedureiscompleted,itisnecessarytoexamineandaccepttheworkprocedure,andkeeptherecord.If

theworkprocedureisnotinspected,thenextworkprocedureshouldnotbecarriedout.

2.0.8

Thebackgroutingandconcealedworkofequipmentshouldbeacceptedbeforetheyare

concealed,andshouldwritethedocumentonit.

2.0.9

Thesafetyandprotectionfacilitiesfortheequipmentshouldbecompleteandreliable,andthe

actionoflimitswitchshouldbecorrect.

2.0.10

Beforethetest-runofequipment,theinstallationofequipmentshouldbequalifiedinthe

acceptance.

2.0.11

Theinstallationqualityofequipmentshouldbeacceptedonthebasisoftheselfexaminationof

unitinchargeofconstructionaccordingtotheitemproject,partprojectandunitproject.Itissuitableto

dividethepartproj人人文庫ectanditemprojectaccordingtothespecificationsofAppendixAofthiscode.

2.0.12

Thequalityofitemprojectthatisqualifiedintheacceptanceshouldmeetthefollowing

specification:

Theinspectionofmaincontrolitemsshouldmeettherequirementsofqualitystandardofthis

code.

TheresultofinspectionofgeneralItems:Alltheexaminationpoints(values)ofmechanical

equipmentshouldmeettherequirementsofqualitystandardofthiscode;morethan80%ofexamination

points(values)ofthesteelstructureofprocessshouldmeettherequirementsofqualitystandardofthis

code,andthemaximumvalueshouldnotexceed120%ofitspermissiblevariationvalue.

Thequalityacceptancerecordandqualitycertificatedocumentshouldbecomplete.

Thequalityofpartprojectthatisqualifiedintheacceptanceshouldmeetthefollowing

Thequalityofunitprojectthatisqualifiedintheacceptanceshouldmeetthefollowing

Thenoloadtest-runofequipmentthatoperatejointlyshouldbequalified.

Theimpressionsqualityexaminationitemofunitprojectshouldmeetthefollowingspecification:

ConnectingBolt:Thebolt,nutandwashershouldbecomplete,andafteritistightened,the2-3

threadsofboltshouldexposefromthenut,andtheexposedthreadsshouldnotbedamaged,andthe

directionofscrewinginofboltshouldbesameexceptthecauseofstructure.

Sealingcondition:Withouttheoilleakage,airleakageandwaterleakage.

Layingofpipeline:Thearrangementsarerationalandingoodorder,andthefixedpipelinesare

firm.

Layingofsoundinsulationmaterialandheatinsulatingmaterial:Thethicknessoflayshouldbe

uniform,andthewrappingupisfirm,andthesurfaceislevelandsmooth.

Applyingandbrushingofcoating:Thecoatshouldbeuniform,withoutholiday,peelingoff,cockle

andairbubble,andthecolorissame.

Protectionoffinishedproduct:Theequipmentshouldnotbedamaged,andtheexposedmachined

surfaceshouldbeprotectedwell.

Civilizationinconstruction:Theconstructionsiteshouldbemanagedorderly,andthereshould

notbeforeignbodiesaroundtheequipment.

Foreveryitemmentionedabove,therandominspectionof10positionsatleastshouldbecarriedout.

Whenthequalityofinspectionitemdoesnotmeetthespecificationsofcorresponding

professionalquality人人文庫acceptancecode,itisnecessarytodealwithitaccordingtothefollowing

specifications:

Thequalityacceptanceofinspectionitemafterithasbeendealtwithshouldbecarriedoutagain.

Fortheinspectionitemthatcanmeettherequirementsofdesignbythetestandappraisalcarried

outbythetestingunit,itshouldbejudgedthatithasbeenaccepted.

2.0.17Itisnecessarytostrictlyforbidsigningtoaccepttheprojectwhosequalitydoesnotmeet

therequirements,andstillcannotmeettherequirementsofsafeuseafterithasbeendealtwithor

rehandling.

2.0.18

Thequalityacceptanceprocedureshouldmeetthefollowingspecifications:

Theitemprojectshouldbeacceptedbythepersoninchargeofspecializedtechnologyofproject
