environmentalprotectionandhavingadvancedtechnology，thiscodeisherebydrawnup.

Thiscodeissuitablefortheacceptanceofinstallationandqualityofengineeringequipmentof

grain-orientedsiliconsteelproductionline.

Theinstallationandacceptanceofengineeringequipmentofgrain-orientedsiliconsteelproduction

lineshouldconformtotheregulationsofrelevantnationalstandardineffectwhileitmeetstherequirements

Intheconstruction，thereshouldbethecorrespondingtechnicalstandardforconstruction，quality

managementsystem，qualitycontrolandinspectionsystem，operationdocumentofdesignandconstruction

schemeoforganizationforconstruction.

2.0.2

Therequirementsofadoptedengineeringtechnicaldocumentandcontractforinstallationquality

shouldnotbelessthanthespecificationsofthiscode.

2.0.3

Iftheconstructiondrawingwillbechanged，thereshouldbethedocumentsignedbythedesign

organization.

2.0.4

Themeasuringinstrumentsusedinthequalityexaminationandacceptancemustbecalibratedand

qualified，andshouldbeusedwithintheperiodofvalidity.

2.0.5

Beforeinstallingtheequipment，theequipmentfoundationshouldbequalifiedintheacceptance，

andtherelevantfactorybuildingshouldhavetheconditiontoinstalltheequipment，andthesiteshould

havethesourceofwater，powersupply，operationplaneandoperationspace，andtheroadfortransportation

shouldbeunimpeded.

2.0.6專用

Intheinstallationofequipment，itisnecessarytosetthecentraldatumlineanddatumpoint，lay

thepermanentcentralguideboardandelevationdatumpoint，anditisnecessarytoperiodicallyremeasure

thepermanentcentralguideboardandelevationdatumpoint.

2.0.7

Theequipmentshouldbeinstalledaccordingtothespecifiedprocedure，andaftereverywork

procedureiscompleted，itisnecessarytoexamineandaccepttheworkprocedure，andkeeptherecord.If

theworkprocedureisnotinspected，thenextworkprocedureshouldnotbecarriedout.

Thebackgroutingandconcealedworkofequipmentshouldbeacceptedbeforetheyare

concealed，andshouldwritethedocumentonit.

Thesafetyandprotectionfacilitiesfortheequipmentshouldbecompleteandreliable，andthe

actionoflimitswitchshouldbecorrect.

Beforethetest-runofequipment，theinstallationofequipmentshouldbequalifiedinthe

acceptance.

2.0.11

Theinstallationqualityofequipmentshouldbeacceptedonthebasisoftheselfexaminationof

unitinchargeofconstructionaccordingtotheitemproject，partprojectandunitproject.Itissuitableto

dividethepartproj人人文庫ectanditemprojectaccordingtothespecificationsofAppendixAofthiscode.

Thequalityofitemprojectthatisqualifiedintheacceptanceshouldmeetthefollowing

specification:

Theinspectionofmaincontrolitemsshouldmeettherequirementsofqualitystandardofthis

code.

TheresultofinspectionofgeneralItems:Alltheexaminationpoints（values）ofmechanical

equipmentshouldmeettherequirementsofqualitystandardofthiscode；morethan80%ofexamination

points（values）ofthesteelstructureofprocessshouldmeettherequirementsofqualitystandardofthis

code，andthemaximumvalueshouldnotexceed120%ofitspermissiblevariationvalue.

Thequalityacceptancerecordandqualitycertificatedocumentshouldbecomplete.

directionofscrewinginofboltshouldbesameexceptthecauseofstructure.

Layingofpipeline:Thearrangementsarerationalandingoodorder，andthefixedpipelinesare

Whenthequalityofinspectionitemdoesnotmeetthespecificationsofcorresponding

professionalquality人人文庫acceptancecode，itisnecessarytodealwithitaccordingtothefollowing

Thequalityacceptanceofinspectionitemafterithasbeendealtwithshouldbecarriedoutagain.

Fortheinspectionitemthatcanmeettherequirementsofdesignbythetestandappraisalcarried

outbythetestingunit，itshouldbejudgedthatithasbeenaccepted.

2.0.17Itisnecessarytostrictlyforbidsigningtoaccepttheprojectwhosequalitydoesnotmeet

therequirements，andstillcannotmeettherequirementsofsafeuseafterithasbeendealtwithor

rehandling.

Thequalityacceptanceprocedureshouldmeetthefollowingspecifications:
