7、商品的制作質(zhì)量問題由買方承擔責任。 GUARANTEE: The Buyer should take the responsibility for quality issues due to the manufacturing process.13. 人力不可抗拒：凡在制造或裝船運輸過程中，因人力不可抗拒的事故，致使賣方推遲交貨或不能交貨時，賣方可不負責 任，但發(fā)生上述事故時，賣方應立即通知買方，并在十四日內(nèi)，給買方航寄一份由主管政府當局頒發(fā)的事故證明書。在此情 況下，賣方仍有責任采取一切必要措施加速交貨。如事故延續(xù)四周以上，買方有權(quán)撤銷合同。FORCE MAJEURE: The Seller

The Sellers shall advise the Buyers immediately of the occurrence mentioned above and within fourteen

9、 days thereafter the Sellers shall send by airmail to the Buyers for their acceptance a certificate of the accident issued by the competent Government Authorities where the accident occurs as evidence thereof.Under such circumstances the Sellers, however, are still under the obligation to take all n

10、ecessary measures to hasten the delivery of the goods.
