3、價(jià)值觀的體現(xiàn)教育,八心八德兩意識(shí))和小公民教材的使用讀本。細(xì)化學(xué)生分層活動(dòng)的指導(dǎo)和落實(shí);關(guān)注學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度和行為習(xí)慣的養(yǎng)成教育,塑造健康向上人格。同時(shí)構(gòu)建三位一體的德育框架結(jié)構(gòu),深化藝術(shù)教育 、科技教育、規(guī)范德育評(píng)價(jià)、關(guān)注師生的成長(zhǎng)效果(校本研修、小班化、質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)、師生業(yè)績(jī)、行為習(xí)慣等方面)不斷打造德育特色-深化課堂教學(xué)促進(jìn)學(xué)生全面發(fā)展、教學(xué)方式改變、教學(xué)目標(biāo)達(dá)成-做到八精心:即精心制訂計(jì)劃、精心開(kāi)發(fā)課程資源、精心備課、精心上課、精心設(shè)計(jì)作業(yè)、精心組織考試與評(píng)價(jià)指導(dǎo)、精心組織課外學(xué)習(xí)與生活、精心反思-切實(shí)減輕學(xué)生課業(yè)負(fù)擔(dān):以提高課堂效率、提升業(yè)務(wù)能力,減輕作業(yè)量為突破口,做到減負(fù)不降質(zhì)。-重視
