5、授權(quán)行使.The Running ,management and servicer rules of this center are all based on decisions made by company board of directors.第三章 會(huì)員之權(quán)利與義務(wù)Membership rights ,rules and regulations會(huì)員的權(quán)利第四條：會(huì)員根據(jù)自身會(huì)籍類型的不同,享有使用既定本中央效勞與各種由本中央提供的專業(yè)服務(wù)的權(quán)利.“專業(yè)效勞將包括但不限于初始體質(zhì)測(cè)評(píng)、后續(xù)體質(zhì)測(cè)評(píng)另行付費(fèi)、健康參謀、各類運(yùn)動(dòng)器材使用、各類課程參加等,視情況而定,本公司和本中央有權(quán)不時(shí)公布

6、,修改效勞及課程內(nèi)容.會(huì)員有權(quán)自行選擇當(dāng)時(shí)公布的有效的專業(yè)效勞和課程內(nèi)容,但是未使用專業(yè)效勞和/或未參加課程不得減少會(huì)員支付的購(gòu)卡價(jià)格如此協(xié)議第六所定義.The members have right to enjoy club ' s establishedservice .and other special servicesaccording to their membership type. 7、_up body composition measurements separate payment.health advice ,using all kinds motion equipment ,attending different classes and courses Our company and center have right to revises,classes and course content depending on different situations .The member is entitled to choose a special serviceor

8、course which is available at that time ,but non use of services/or no participationin a course can not reduce member card payments (see rule six)第五條：在一些特別情況下,例如出差,休假等,會(huì)員可將會(huì)籍時(shí)間臨時(shí)凍結(jié)一月以上(不計(jì)會(huì)籍時(shí)間),但需遵循以下規(guī)定：Under some special situations ,for instance ,being on a business trip,taking holidayand so on,the m

9、ember can break/hole membership time for more than one month but members must abide by the following regulations putting memberships on hold:1. 會(huì)員必須本人至?xí)k理會(huì)員資格凍結(jié)手續(xù).Members must go to club personally to break/hold membership.2會(huì)員資格凍結(jié)手續(xù)必須事前辦理,不得事后補(bǔ)辦.Members must inform the club in advance of their memb

10、ership break/hold ,requestsafterthe break will not be entertained .3. 會(huì)員資格凍結(jié)手續(xù)一年卡以上會(huì)員才能辦理,凍結(jié)周期分別為一個(gè)月, 二個(gè)月和三個(gè)月, 不得破月辦理. Only one-year card member or above can break/hold a membership the break period should be continuous and is limited to one month ,two months and three months.4. 會(huì)員資格凍結(jié)手續(xù)辦理時(shí)根據(jù)暫停時(shí)支付10

11、元/月暫停費(fèi).Members should pay 10 Yuan/month fee when breaking/holding their memberships.Members are not use membership cards during this period.5. 會(huì)員資格凍結(jié)期在每一會(huì)籍年度累積最長(zhǎng)不得超過三個(gè)月.Membership break/hold time cannot exceed three months in total in every membership year.6. 會(huì)員資格凍結(jié)時(shí)限到期后,會(huì)員資格將自動(dòng)恢復(fù),并開始計(jì)算會(huì)籍時(shí)間.After fi

12、nishing break/hold time ,membership will be reinstated and is calculates as membership time.7. 女會(huì)員因懷孕可享受連續(xù)12個(gè)月的會(huì)員資格免費(fèi)凍結(jié).但必須事前持有效證實(shí)至?xí)H自辦理.Pregnant Female members can enjoy a free break/hold period continuous for up to12months.But members must go to club in advance with an effective certificate .,如果提

13、前使用,會(huì)員凍結(jié)期8. 會(huì)員在凍結(jié)期內(nèi)不得使用俱樂部包括不得使用私人教練課程即日啟動(dòng),并視為完整結(jié)束. During the break/hold period .members cannot use any equipments or courses(including sessions).if members use these ahead,The break/hold time break will be looked upon an entirely over.第六條：除一年卡以上會(huì)員外,會(huì)員不得將會(huì)籍轉(zhuǎn)讓給他人.Members can not transfers membership

14、s to other person except a 1-year card.會(huì)員會(huì)籍轉(zhuǎn)讓必須遵循以下規(guī)定To transfer a r membership members must abide by thefollowing regulations:1. 會(huì)員卡必須在會(huì)籍啟動(dòng)后轉(zhuǎn)讓,且只可轉(zhuǎn)讓一次,受讓者不得再次轉(zhuǎn)讓.A membership can only be transferred after starting the membership ,the membership canonly be transferred once .and additional transfer re

15、quests will be refused2. 轉(zhuǎn)讓手續(xù)費(fèi)為購(gòu)卡價(jià)格(如本條定義,如為升級(jí)那么需加上相關(guān)合約的購(gòu)卡價(jià)格)的15%A transfer fee is 15% of the paid card price is charged for a transfer of membership3. 家庭卡(合約上注明可以轉(zhuǎn)讓的卡種)必須整戶按原址轉(zhuǎn)讓,接受人由會(huì)員自行尋找.Family cards (as the contract indicates "can be transferred " )Members must find a family to transfer the card to by themselves.4. 被轉(zhuǎn)讓人不享有轉(zhuǎn)讓人購(gòu)卡時(shí)享有的的特殊優(yōu)惠,包括但不限于贈(zèng)券,更衣箱等.“購(gòu)卡合計(jì)價(jià)格指會(huì)員在獲得會(huì)員卡時(shí)支付的一次性費(fèi)用,如同此協(xié)議文首列明的由會(huì)員支付的各項(xiàng)費(fèi)用的合計(jì),包括會(huì)籍效勞費(fèi),初始制卡費(fèi),體質(zhì)評(píng)測(cè)費(fèi),禮品費(fèi),健康參謀等.Transferees can not enjoy any special preferential treatments such as giftcoupons ,lockersetc "the total price of
