10、s and make the oil circulate at the front of the boiler.8鍋爐點(diǎn)火前12小時(shí)投入電除塵器陰極瓷套保溫箱及陰 極振打瓷軸保溫箱加熱裝置，投入灰斗電加熱。12 hours before the ignition, put the heaters for the negative pole porcelain sleeve thermostat box of electric de-duster and the negative pole vibration porcelain shaft thermostat box and the heat

11、er for the ash bucket into operatio n.9啟動(dòng)潤(rùn)滑油泵、調(diào)節(jié)油泵運(yùn)行，投入潤(rùn)滑油系統(tǒng)。并 檢查確認(rèn)各潤(rùn)滑油系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行正常。Start the lube oil pump and the regulati on oil pump and put the lube oil system into operation, and check and confirm whether each lube oil system works normally or n ot.10開啟汽包及各過(guò)熱器空氣門，關(guān)閉給水管道疏水門。 聯(lián)系汽機(jī)啟動(dòng)給水泵向鍋爐上水至正常水位。Open

12、the vent valves of drum and each superheater, close the drain valves of feed water pumping, inform the turb ine operator to start the feed water pump to feed water to the boiler till to the no rmal water level.11鍋爐上水期間應(yīng)控制汽包壁溫差50C，記錄各部膨脹指示。上水完畢后校對(duì)各水位計(jì)。During the feeding, control the wall temperature

13、of the drum within > 50 C and record the expa nsion in dicati on of each part. After the end of water feedi ng, calibrate each water gauge.12點(diǎn)火前4至6小時(shí)投入輔助蒸汽系統(tǒng)，正常后投入爐 底蒸汽加熱，記錄加熱前和加熱后各部膨脹指示。4-6 hours before ignition, put the auxiliary steam system in to operati on, after it is no rmal. Heat the boil

16、put the recirculation of econo mizer into service.二、啟動(dòng)操作步驟B Start operation steps17聯(lián)系值長(zhǎng)、電氣，啟動(dòng)風(fēng)煙系統(tǒng)，確認(rèn)空預(yù)器啟動(dòng)條 件滿足，啟動(dòng) A、B空預(yù)器運(yùn)行；Inform shift engineer and electric shift operator, start the air and flue gas systems, confirm the con diti on to start the air preheated is ok and start the A、B air preheaters.

17、18檢查引、送風(fēng)機(jī)啟動(dòng)條件滿足，聯(lián)系值長(zhǎng)、電氣，依 次啟動(dòng)引風(fēng)機(jī)、送風(fēng)機(jī)運(yùn)行，調(diào)整爐膛總風(fēng)量在 30% 40%之間，調(diào)節(jié)爐膛負(fù)壓正常。Check the con diti ons for start ing the ID and FD fans are satisfied, inform the shift engineer and the electric operator, start the ID and FD fans in turns, adjust the total air quantity of the furnace between 30% 40% and regulate

20、分鐘后吹掃完成。Inform the shift engineer and turbine operator, confirm the ignition condition is ready, check and confirm the purge condition of furnace is satisfied, push down the “brn ace purge” butt on, after 5 minu tes, the purge is completed.23鍋爐點(diǎn)火：投入油槍，對(duì)角投入油槍使?fàn)t膛均勻受 熱；調(diào)整相應(yīng)的風(fēng)門擋板開度，保證燃燒正常；Ignite the boi

21、ler, put the - oil gun into service, put the oil gun in to service on the cross for mak ing the furn ace heating evenly, adjust the relative opening of the air damper for ensuring the combustion normally.24鍋爐點(diǎn)火起壓后機(jī)組按啟動(dòng)升溫升壓曲線以及金屬溫 升率，控制升溫、升壓速度。After the ign iti on and pressuriz ing, con trol the temp
