3、on guidance outline (teach party 2018 no. 41) some details of requirements, courses in college students psychological health education, give full play to the classroom teaching the main channel in college students psychological health education work, which the college students mental health educatio

4、n curriculum as the public required course, guarantee the education during the period of school students accept the mental health of the whole course, form the whole, comprehensive, full focus on psychological health and crisis early warning mechanism, promote the healthy growth of students.、Course

5、ObjectivesThis course is a core course in the general knowledge system of college students psychology. A healthy, happy and successful life requires the baptism of advanced life ideas, the acceptance and absorption of scientific psychology knowledge, the learning and training of decision-making abil

6、ity, and the reference and thinking of classic cases.The purpose of this course is to enable students to construct a series of thinking frames through learning, form reasonable judgment and analysis cognition in the face of critical events, learn to find ways to analyze mental health problems, use m

7、ental health knowledge to find breakthrough ways, cope with challenges, and shape positive psychological quality.Through the study of this course, students have the quality, skills, knowledge and ability:1.
