8、hinessAuthorityrequirementandBoeingorVendorServiceBulletininformation.4.責(zé)任RESPONSIBILITY國(guó)航機(jī)務(wù)工程部工程管理部門(mén)負(fù)責(zé)連續(xù)適航維修方案(CAMP)的編寫(xiě),報(bào)批,更正和初版。系統(tǒng)工程師負(fù)責(zé)ATA章節(jié)中的詳細(xì)內(nèi)容。TheCCA-EngineeringDepartmentisresponsibleforthepreparationoftheContinuousAirworthinessMaintenanceProgram(CAMP).ThesystemEngineershallpreparetheATAchapt

11、efinedasfollows:A.航線保護(hù):LineMaintenancea.航前/過(guò)站檢查(PF/T)pre-flight/Transit-check(PF/T)在每日的第一次翱翔前和全部航站航線上應(yīng)該執(zhí)行航前/過(guò)站檢查。航前/過(guò)站檢查的基本工作是“繞飛機(jī)一周”檢查。目視檢查飛機(jī)內(nèi)外可否有明顯的損壞,滲漏,缺件,各種設(shè)備可否工作正常,按需做勤務(wù)工作,機(jī)內(nèi)干凈工作,消除機(jī)組和地勤人員反響的影響放飛的故障。這些工作是在客機(jī)坪和停機(jī)坪上執(zhí)行。3Thepre-flight/transit-check(PF/T)shallbeperformedbeforethefirstflightofeachda

22、ncechecksthetermstandardFlightTimeisdefinedasfollows:維修間隔時(shí)限規(guī)定的維修檢查不得高出計(jì)劃翱翔(1)終了的時(shí)限。Themaintenancechecksspecifiedinintervallimitationmustnotexceedtheendofascheduledflightprogram(1).但是,如翱翔計(jì)劃要高出正常的翱翔時(shí)間(2),相應(yīng)地,維修時(shí)間就會(huì)因一些特別情況高出飛機(jī)航行部門(mén)的控制(如:備降遇到強(qiáng)迎風(fēng),等待(空中),延緩,航班取消而順延)。保護(hù)檢查計(jì)劃(以翱翔小時(shí)或日歷時(shí)間計(jì)算)就會(huì)高出時(shí)限,以使飛機(jī)能完成翱翔計(jì)劃直至

26、護(hù)和更高級(jí)別檢查的航站。.MaintenanceStation:Inthiscontextisastationwhereservicechecksandhigherchecksareperformed.10.表格欄目解說(shuō)ExplanationoftheFormatLayout(1).項(xiàng)次欄ItemNumber在CAMP中每一個(gè)項(xiàng)目有一個(gè)項(xiàng)目號(hào),全部項(xiàng)目均以ATA章節(jié)來(lái)分類(lèi),項(xiàng)目號(hào)是指該項(xiàng)目在CAMP中的參照地址。EachitemintheCAMPhasanumber.TogetherwiththeATAchapter,itisthereferenceforthelocationwithinth
