detrimental

toapersonlateron.A2015studybytheUKCommissiononEmploymentandSkillsfoundthatnotparticipatinginpart-timeworkatschoolagehadbeenblamedbyemployers'organisationsforyoungadultsbeing

ill-prepared

for

full-timeemployment.Butdespitethis,recentstatisticshaveshownthatthenumberofschoolchildrenintheUKwithapart-timejobhasfallenbyafifthinthepastfiveyears.So,doesthismeanthatBritishteenagersarenowmoreafraidof

hardgraft?Probablynot.Someexpertsfeelthatyoungpeoplefeelgoingouttoworkwill
