基于多尺度特征融合與自適應(yīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的小目標(biāo)檢測(cè)方法研究摘要:
隨著計(jì)算機(jī)視覺(jué)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,小目標(biāo)檢測(cè)一直是人們關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)研究領(lǐng)域。小目標(biāo)檢測(cè)不僅與智能監(jiān)控、軍事偵察等領(lǐng)域密切相關(guān),而且具有廣泛的應(yīng)用前景。由于小目標(biāo)通常具有尺寸小、形狀復(fù)雜、紋理簡(jiǎn)單等特點(diǎn),因此對(duì)于小目標(biāo)的檢測(cè)和識(shí)別一直是計(jì)算機(jī)視覺(jué)領(lǐng)域的難點(diǎn)之一。本文提出了一種基于多尺度特征融合與自適應(yīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的小目標(biāo)檢測(cè)方法。該方法主要分為兩個(gè)階段:首先使用多尺度特征提取器對(duì)圖像進(jìn)行特征提取,在保證尺度的同時(shí)提取包含小目標(biāo)的局部特征;然后利用自適應(yīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)不同尺度下的特征進(jìn)行融合,從而得到具有高精度和魯棒性的小目標(biāo)檢測(cè)結(jié)果。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,所提出的方法具有優(yōu)異的檢測(cè)性能,不僅能夠檢測(cè)到目標(biāo)物體的位置,還能夠識(shí)別目標(biāo)物體的類(lèi)別。

Abstract:
Withthecontinuousdevelopmentofcomputervisiontechnology,smallobjectdetectionhasbeenahotresearchtopicofconcern.Smallobjectdetectioniscloselyrelatedtointelligentmonitoring,militaryreconnaissanceandotherfields,andhasawiderangeofapplications.Duetothesmallsize,complexshape,andsimpletextureofsmallobjects,thedetectionandrecognitionofsmallobjectshasalwaysbeenoneofthedifficultiesinthefieldofcomputervision.Inthispaper,asmallobjectdetectionmethodbasedonmultiscalefeaturefusionandadaptivenetworkisproposed.Themethodismainlydividedintotwostages:first,thefeatureextractorisusedtoextractfeaturesfromtheimage,ensuringthescaleandextractingthelocalfeaturescontainingsmallobjects;then,theadaptivenetworkisusedtofusefeaturesatdifferentscalestoobtainhigh-precisionandrobustsmallobjectdetectionresults.Experimentalresultsshowthattheproposedmethodhasexcellentdetectionperformance,notonlycandetectthepositionofthetargetobject,butalsocanidentifytheclassofthetargetobject.

Airpollutioniscausedbythereleaseofharmfulsubstancesintotheair,suchascarbonmonoxide,nitrogenoxides,andsulfurdioxide.Thesepollutantscancauserespiratoryproblems,heartdisease,andotherhealthproblems.Inaddition,airpollutioncandamagecropsandforests,andcontributetoclimatechange.
Waterpollutioniscausedbythereleaseofpollutantsintobodiesofwater,suchasrivers,lakes,andoceans.Commonsourcesofwaterpollutionincludeindustrialwaste,agriculturalrunoff,andsewage.Waterpollutioncancauseawiderangeofhealthproblems,andcanalsoharmaquaticlifeanddisruptecosystems.
Soilpollutioniscausedbythepresenceofharmfulsubstancesinthesoil,suchasheavymetals,pesticides,andindustrialwaste.Soilpollutioncanreducecropyieldsandcontaminategroundwater,leadingtoavarietyofhealthproblems.
Otherenvironmentalhazardsincludedeforestation,whichcanleadtosoilerosion,lossofbiodiversity,andclimatechange;climatechange,whichcancausesealevelrise,morefrequentnaturaldisasters,andotherproblems;andoverfishing,whichcanleadtothecollapseoffishpopulationsandharmmarineecosystems.
Overall,itisimportanttoidentifyandaddressenvironmentalhazardsinordertoprotecthumanhealthandsafeguardthenaturalworld.Strategiesforaddressingthesehazardsmayincluderegulations,technologydevelopment,andpubliceducationandawareness。Inadditiontotheenvironmentalhazardsdiscussedabove,thereareseveralotherissuesthatposeathreattohumanhealthandtheenvironment.Onesuchissueisairpollution,whichcancauserespiratoryandcardiovasculardiseases,aswellasdamagetocropsandthenaturalenvironment.Airpollutioncanbecausedbyavarietyofsources,includingindustrialprocesses,transportation,andnaturalphenomenasuchaswildfires.

Toaddresstheissueofwaste,acirculareconomyapproachcanbeadopted.Thisinvolvesdesigningproductsandprocessestominimizewasteandmaximizethereuseofmaterialsthroughrecyclingandrepurposing.Thiscanleadtoareducedrelianceonvirginresourcesandreductioningreenhousegasemissions.
Intermsoffoodproduction,promotingsustainableagriculturepracticessuchasagroforestry,regenerativefarming,andreducedtillagetechniquescanreducethenegativeimpactsofagricultureontheenvironment.Additionally,consumerscanmakeanimpactbyreducingfoodwasteandchoosingplant-baseddietsorsustainablysourcedanimalproducts.
