環(huán)境規(guī)制對(duì)中國(guó)神華綠色創(chuàng)新效率影響研究摘要：

隨著環(huán)境規(guī)制的加強(qiáng)和全球氣候變化的持續(xù)加劇，中國(guó)神華煤炭集團(tuán)有限責(zé)任公司（以下簡(jiǎn)稱神華公司）逐漸轉(zhuǎn)向綠色創(chuàng)新道路，以適應(yīng)新時(shí)代的發(fā)展要求。本文以神華公司為研究對(duì)象，采用實(shí)證分析方法，探究環(huán)境規(guī)制對(duì)神華公司綠色創(chuàng)新效率的影響，并從資源利用效率、技術(shù)效率和環(huán)境效率三個(gè)方面對(duì)其進(jìn)行全面評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果表明，環(huán)境規(guī)制對(duì)神華公司綠色創(chuàng)新效率的影響呈現(xiàn)出正面的推動(dòng)作用。一方面，環(huán)境規(guī)制強(qiáng)化企業(yè)環(huán)境責(zé)任意識(shí)，引導(dǎo)企業(yè)主動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)，推動(dòng)傳統(tǒng)能源向清潔能源轉(zhuǎn)型和低碳發(fā)展；另一方面，環(huán)境規(guī)制促使神華公司加大研發(fā)投入，拓展綠色技術(shù)和提升環(huán)保產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈水平。此外，神華公司在綠色創(chuàng)新方面還有一定的提升空間，需要在市場(chǎng)化機(jī)制改革、企業(yè)文化建設(shè)等方面加強(qiáng)改進(jìn)，推進(jìn)全面綠色轉(zhuǎn)型。

Abstract:

Withthestrengtheningofenvironmentalregulationandthecontinuousexacerbationofglobalclimatechange,ChinaShenhuaEnergyCompanyLimited(hereinafterreferredtoasShenhuaCompany)graduallyturnstothepathofgreeninnovationtoadapttothedevelopmentrequirementsofthenewera.ThispapertakesShenhuaCompanyastheresearchobject,adoptsempiricalanalysismethod,explorestheimpactofenvironmentalregulationongreeninnovationefficiencyofShenhuaCompany,andconductsacomprehensiveevaluationfromtheperspectivesofresourceutilizationefficiency,technologyefficiencyandenvironmentalefficiency.TheresultsshowthatenvironmentalregulationhasapositivedrivingeffectonthegreeninnovationefficiencyofShenhuaCompany.Ontheonehand,environmentalregulationstrengthenstheawarenessofcorporateenvironmentalresponsibility,guidesenterprisestoactivelytransformandupgrade,promotesthetransformationfromtraditionalenergytocleanenergyandlow-carbondevelopment;ontheotherhand,environmentalregulationpromotesShenhuaCompanytoincreaseR&Dinvestment,expandgreentechnologyandimprovethelevelofenvironmentalprotectionindustrychain.Inaddition,thereisstillroomforimprovementinShenhuaCompany'sgreeninnovation,whichneedstostrengthenimprovementinmarket-orientedmechanismreform,corporatecultureconstructionandotheraspects,andpromotecomprehensivegreentransformation.
