Thisdocumentservesasatenderinvitationforinternationalengineeringcompaniesinterestedinparticipatinginthebiddingprocessforaconstructionproject.Theprojectaimstobuildanewcommercialcomplexinthecitycenterandrequiresvariousconstructionservicesandmaterials.Thespecifications,requirements,andothernecessaryinformationareprovidedbelow.

TenderInformation

ProjectOverview

Theprojectincludestheconstructionofanewcommercialcomplexinthecitycenteroftheprimebusinessarea.Thecomplexisexpectedtohaveatotalfloorareaofapproximately50,000squaremeters,includingretailspace,officespace,andparkingfacilities.

BidderRequirements

Thebiddermusthaveavalidbusinessregistrationandrelatedqualificationstoundertaketheconstructionproject.

Thebiddermusthaveexperienceincommercialcomplexconstructionandproviderelevantcertificatesofprevioussimilarprojects.

Thebiddermusthaveagoodcreditrecordandfinancialstabilitytoundertaketheproject.

Thebiddermustsubmitacompletetenderresponsepackage,includingtechnicalandfinancialproposals.

Thecomplexshouldhaveamoderndesignandincluderetailspace,officespace,andparkingfacilities.

Thetotalfloorareashouldbeapproximately50,000squaremeters.

Theconstructionshouldmeetthelocalbuildingregulationsandenvironmentalprotectionrequirements.

Theconstructionperiodshouldbenomorethan24months.

TechnicalRequirements

Thetechnicalrequirementsoftheprojectincludethefollowing:

Theconstructionshouldbemadewithhigh-qualitymaterialstoensurethesafetyanddurabilityofthecomplex.

Thedesignshouldbemadebyaprofessionalteamwithexpertiseincommercialcomplexconstruction.

Theconstructionshouldincorporatemoderntechnologiesandinnovativefeaturestoprovideacomfortableandefficientworkingenvironment.

CommercialTerms

Thecommercialtermsoftheprojectincludethefollowing:

ThetenderpricesshouldbesubmittedinUSdollarsandincludealltaxes,fees,andotherexpensesrelatedtotheconstructionproject.

Thepaymenttermswillbenegotiatedwiththesuccessfulbidderandfollowindustrystandards.

Thecontractwillincludeperformanceandqualityguarantees,includingpenaltiesfordelaysandbreachesoftheagreement.
