基于1090MHzES數(shù)據(jù)鏈ADS-B關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究的任務(wù)書Title:ResearchonKeyTechnologiesofADS-BBasedon1090MHzESDataLinkBackground:AutomaticDependentSurveillance-Broadcast(ADS-B)isasurveillancetechnologythatusessatellitenavigationtodetermineandbroadcastaircraftpositions,velocities,andotherinformationtootheraircraftandairtrafficcontrol(ATC)centers.ADS-Bisbecomingmorewidespreadandisbeingadoptedasaprimarysurveillancesystembymanycountries,duetoitsabilitytoprovideaccurateandreliablesurveillanceinformation.The1090MHzExtendedSquitter(ES)datalinkiscurrentlythemostwidelyusedADS-Bdatalink,andtheInternationalCivilAviationOrganization(ICAO)recommendsitastheglobalADS-Bstandard.Objectives:TheobjectiveofthisresearchprojectistoinvestigatethekeytechnologiesofADS-Bbasedonthe1090MHzESdatalink.Thespecificobjectivesareasfollows:1.TostudytheprinciplesandcharacteristicsofADS-Bbasedonthe1090MHzESdatalink;2.Toinvestigatethekeytechnologiesin1090MHzESADS-B,includingdataformatting,messagetypes,andtransmissionprotocols;3.Toanalyzetheperformanceandlimitationsof1090MHzESADS-B,suchascoverage,accuracy,andintegrity;4.Toevaluatetheimpactof1090MHzESADS-Bonairtrafficmanagement(ATM)andsafety.Scope:TheresearchprojectwillfocusonthekeytechnologiesofADS-Bbasedonthe1090MHzESdatalink.Thescopeoftheprojectincludesthefollowingaspects:1.ConceptsandprinciplesofADS-Band1090MHzESdatalinktechnology;2.Dataformatting,messagetypes,andtransmissionprotocolsin1090MHzESADS-B;3.Performanceandlimitationsof1090MHzESADS-B,includingcoverage,accuracy,andintegrity;4.Theimpactof1090MHzESADS-BonATMandsafety.Methodology:Theresearchmethodologyforthisprojectwillconsistofthefollowing:1.Literaturereview:AcomprehensivereviewofexistingliteratureonADS-Bbasedonthe1090MHzESdatalinkwillbeconductedtogainathoroughunderstandingoftheprinciples,technologies,andapplicationsofADS-B.2.Dataanalysis:DatacollectedfromADS-Bsystemswillbeanalyzedtoevaluatetheperformanceofthe1090MHzESdatalinkintermsofcoverage,accuracy,andintegrity.3.Simulation:Computer-basedsimulationsofADS-Bsystemswillbeconductedtoevaluatetheimpactof1090MHzESADS-Bonairtrafficmanagementandsafety.4.Expertinterviews:InterviewswithexpertsinthefieldofADS-Bandaviationwillbeconductedtogatheradditionalinformationandinsightsintothetechnologyanditsapplications.ExpectedResults:Thefollowingresultsareexpectedfromthisresearchproject:1.AcomprehensiveunderstandingoftheprinciplesandkeytechnologiesofADS-Bbasedonthe1090MHzESdatalink;2.Identificationandanalysisofthekeytechnologies,includingdataformatting,messagetypes,andtransmissionprotocols;3.Evaluationoftheperformanceandlimitationsof1090MHzESADS-Bintermsofcoverage,accuracy,andintegrity;4.Assessmentoftheimpactof1090MHzESADS-Bonairtrafficmanagementandsafety,andpotentialimprovementsforfutureresearch.Deliverables:Thefollowingdeliverableswillbeproducedaspartofthisresearchproject:1.Researchreportsummarizingthefindings;2.Technicalpapersbasedontheresearchresults;3.Presentationmaterialsfordisseminationtorelevantstakeholders;4.RecommendationsforfutureresearchintheareaofADS-Bbasedonthe1090MHzESdatalink.Timeline:Theresearchprojectisexpectedtotake12monthstocomplete,withthefollowingtimeline:1.Lit
