引言
GB/T4706《家用和類(lèi)似用途電器的安全》大部分采用IEC60335。在此基礎(chǔ)上,GB/T4706參考
IEC60335的結(jié)構(gòu)形式,劃分為若干部分,由通用要求和特殊要求構(gòu)成,第1部分為通用要求,其他部分
為特殊要求。對(duì)于特殊要求范圍涵蓋的產(chǎn)品,其安全要求為通用要求與該特殊要求結(jié)合使用,在特殊
要求中包括了對(duì)通用要求中對(duì)應(yīng)條款的補(bǔ)充和修改,以給出對(duì)每種產(chǎn)品的完整要求。
本文件是器具按照使用說(shuō)明正常使用時(shí),對(duì)電氣、機(jī)械、熱、火災(zāi)以及輻射等風(fēng)險(xiǎn)需要具有的防護(hù)
要求。本文件還包括使用中可能出現(xiàn)的非正常情況,并且考慮電磁干擾對(duì)器具安全運(yùn)行的影響方式。
本文件已考慮GB/T16895《低壓電氣裝置》中規(guī)定的要求,器具在連接到電源時(shí)與電氣布線規(guī)則
的要求協(xié)調(diào)一致。
如果一臺(tái)器具的多項(xiàng)功能涉及GB/T4706中的其他部分,只要合理,其他部分分別適用于該器具
每個(gè)功能。如果適用,需考慮一個(gè)功能對(duì)其他功能的影響。
當(dāng)其他部分中未針對(duì)本文件中已經(jīng)包含了的危險(xiǎn)給出附加要求時(shí),則GB/T4706.1適用。
GB/T4706是涉及器具安全的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),優(yōu)先于涵蓋同一主題的通用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)/橫向標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

GB/T4706.1—2024的該章以下述內(nèi)容代替。
本文件規(guī)定了使用含堿性或其他非酸性電解質(zhì)電池組的自平衡載人運(yùn)輸裝置的安全要求。
本文件適用于使用含堿性或其他非酸性電解質(zhì)電池組的自平衡載人運(yùn)輸裝置(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)“器具”)。
本文件也適用于不打算作為一般家用,但對(duì)公眾仍有可能引起危險(xiǎn)的器具,例如打算在商店,輕工
業(yè)和農(nóng)場(chǎng)中由非專(zhuān)業(yè)人員使用的器具。
就實(shí)際情況而言,本文件涉及的各種器具存在的普通危險(xiǎn),是在住宅和住宅周?chē)h(huán)境中所有人都
會(huì)遇到的。然而,一般說(shuō)來(lái),本文件并未考慮以下情況。
——如下人群(包括兒童):
?由于肢體、感官或精神能力缺陷;或
?由于缺少經(jīng)驗(yàn)和知識(shí);
導(dǎo)致其在無(wú)人照看或指導(dǎo)時(shí)不能安全使用器具的情況。
——兒童玩耍器具的情況。
