01車輛檢測(cè)技術(shù)VehicledetectiontechnologyTADS系統(tǒng)故障報(bào)警流程一、TADS系統(tǒng)故障報(bào)警流程TADSsystemfaultalarmprocessTADS系統(tǒng)采用網(wǎng)絡(luò)化管理,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)經(jīng)過探測(cè)站的車輛軸承的運(yùn)用狀態(tài)實(shí)行聯(lián)網(wǎng)評(píng)判,可以進(jìn)一步提高預(yù)報(bào)的準(zhǔn)確性和可靠性。系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)對(duì)故障軸承在鐵道部中央數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中的歷次運(yùn)行狀態(tài)進(jìn)行查詢比較,當(dāng)認(rèn)為該軸承達(dá)到了一定的危險(xiǎn)程度并需要做換輪處理的,會(huì)在列車即將到達(dá)的列檢所提示扣車報(bào)警,彈出報(bào)警對(duì)話框,需要列檢值班人員進(jìn)行扣車處理和報(bào)警確認(rèn)。TADSsystemadoptsnetworkmanagementtorealizethenetworkevaluationoftheapplicationstatusofvehiclebearingspassingthroughthedetectionstation,whichcanfurtherimprovetheaccuracyandreliabilityoftheforecast.ThesystemwillautomaticallyqueryandcomparethepreviousrunningstatusofthefaultybearinginthecentraldatabaseoftheMinistryofRailways.Ifitisconsideredthatthebearinghasreachedacertainlevelofdangerandneedstobereplacedwithawheel,itwillpromptthetrainarrestalarmatthetraininspectionstationabouttoarrive,andthealarmdialogboxwillpopup,requiringthetraininspectionpersonnelondutytohandlethetrainarrestandalarmconfirmation.TADS系統(tǒng)故障報(bào)警流程聯(lián)網(wǎng)跟蹤報(bào)警(歷史預(yù)報(bào)趨勢(shì)圖)Networktrackingalarm(historicalforecasttrendchart)可以查看故障軸承在全路各探測(cè)站的預(yù)報(bào)情況。Youcanchecktheforecastofthefaultybearinginthewholerouteofeachdetectionstation.TADS系統(tǒng)故障報(bào)警流程扣車報(bào)警對(duì)話框CararrestalarmdialogboxTADS故障預(yù)報(bào)及反饋TADSfaultpredictionandfeedbackPart

02車輛動(dòng)態(tài)檢測(cè)技術(shù)Vehicledetectiontechnology二、TADS故障預(yù)報(bào)及反饋TADSfaultpredictionandfeedbackTADS探測(cè)站自動(dòng)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)采集,并對(duì)通過列車的每一個(gè)軸承的探測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)軸承的運(yùn)行狀況進(jìn)行級(jí)別評(píng)定和故障診斷。探測(cè)到的軸承故障信息提供給各監(jiān)控、復(fù)示及查詢終端。TheTADSdetectionstationautomaticallycollectsdata,analyzesthedetectiondataofeachbearingpassingthroughthetrain,andcarriesoutgradeassessmentandfaultdiagnosisoftheoperatingstatusofthebearing.Thedetectedbearingfaultinformationisprovidedtoeachmonitoring,repeatandqueryterminal.TADS預(yù)報(bào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

TADSforecaststandard故障類型外圈、內(nèi)圈、滾子、其它故障級(jí)別一級(jí)、二級(jí)、三級(jí)故障等級(jí)帶有不同的顏色,一級(jí)為紅色,二級(jí)為橙色,三級(jí)為黃色。Faultlevelscomeindifferentcolors,withprimaryred,secondaryorange,andtertiaryyellowTADS故障預(yù)報(bào)及反饋Outerring,innerring,roller,otherfaulttypeFaultlevelLevelone,leveltwo,levelthreeTADS故障預(yù)報(bào)及反饋TADS故障預(yù)報(bào)及反饋TADS預(yù)報(bào)單次一級(jí)軸承故障TADSforecastsingleprimarybearingfailure1列檢所動(dòng)態(tài)檢車員根據(jù)列檢TADS復(fù)示終端,顯示的預(yù)報(bào)一級(jí)軸承故障信息對(duì)話框,首先判別該列車是直通車還是非直通車。AccordingtotherepeatingterminalofTADSinthetraininspectionstation,thedynamicinspectorofthetraininspectionstationfirstdetermineswhetherthetrainisthroughtrainornotthroughtrain.如果是直通車,由動(dòng)態(tài)檢車員在TADS復(fù)示終端點(diǎn)擊“報(bào)警管理”下的“檢查結(jié)果反饋”頁(yè)面,選擇直通車選項(xiàng),其它內(nèi)容不填寫,點(diǎn)擊“提交”,系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)將此信息上傳國(guó)鐵集團(tuán)公司TADS數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),完成檢查結(jié)果反饋。Ifitisathroughtrain,thedynamicinspectorwillclickthe"inspectionresultfeedback"pageunder"AlarmManagement"intheTADSrepeatterminal,selectthethroughtrainoption,leaveothercontentsblank,click"Submit",andthesystemwillautomaticallyuploadthisinformationtotheTADSdatabaseofChinaRailwayGroupCompanytocompletetheinspectionresultfeedback.TADS故障預(yù)報(bào)及反饋如果是非直通車,動(dòng)態(tài)檢車員要立即將車次、車號(hào)、輛序、軸位等情況,經(jīng)動(dòng)態(tài)檢車組長(zhǎng)向列檢值班員報(bào)告;由列檢值班員通知現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢車員;由現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢車員對(duì)預(yù)報(bào)軸位進(jìn)行檢查確認(rèn),并將檢查確認(rèn)結(jié)果,向列檢值班員報(bào)告,向動(dòng)態(tài)檢車組進(jìn)行反饋,經(jīng)檢查確認(rèn)后,無故障車輛放行,由動(dòng)態(tài)檢車員在TADS復(fù)示終端點(diǎn)擊“報(bào)警管理”下的,“檢查結(jié)果反饋”填寫非直通車選項(xiàng),由動(dòng)態(tài)檢車員填寫檢查結(jié)果反饋信息。有故障車輛,轉(zhuǎn)入TADS故障處理流程,并由動(dòng)態(tài)檢車員填寫檢查結(jié)果反饋信息。點(diǎn)擊“提交”,數(shù)據(jù)上傳,完成檢查結(jié)果反饋。Ifitisnotthroughtrain,thedynamicinspectionofficershallimmediatelyreportthenumber,number,sequenceandaxlepositionofthetraintothetraininspectiondutyofficerthroughtheleaderofthedynamicinspectionvehicle.Thetraininspectiondutyofficershallnotifytheon-siteinspectionofficer;Thefieldinspectorwillcheckandconfirmtheforecastaxleposition,reporttheinspectionandconfirmationresultstotheline-inspectiondutyofficer,andgivefeedbacktothedynamicinspectionteam.Aftertheinspectionandconfirmation,thefault-freevehiclewillbereleased.Thedynamicinspectorwillclick"alarmmanagement"undertheTADSre-displayterminal,andfillinthenon-throughtrainoption"Inspectionresultfeedback".Thedynamicinspectorfillsintheinspectionresultfeedbackinformation.VehicleswithfaultsshallbetransferredtotheTADSfaultprocessingprocess,andthedynamicvehicleinspectorshallfillintheinspectionresultfeedbackinformation.Click"Submit"touploadthedataandcompletethefeedbackoftheinspectionresults.TADS故障預(yù)報(bào)及反饋扣車報(bào)警的軸承故障Thebearingfailureofthecararrestalarm2當(dāng)同一軸承連續(xù)預(yù)報(bào)一級(jí)三次及以上,或同一軸承連續(xù)五次通過探測(cè)站,其中預(yù)報(bào)一級(jí)三次及以上,或同一軸承連續(xù)六次通過探測(cè)站,其中預(yù)報(bào)二級(jí)三次及以上時(shí),系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)彈出扣車預(yù)報(bào)對(duì)話框。如果是直通車,由動(dòng)態(tài)檢車員填寫檢查結(jié)果反饋信息;填寫方法與預(yù)報(bào)單次一級(jí)軸承故障相同。Whenthesamebearingispredictedthreetimesormoreinarow,orthesamebearingpassesthedetectionstationfivetimesinarow,ofwhichthreetimesormoreinarow,orthesamebearingpassesthedetectionstationsixtimesinarow,ofwhichthreetimesormoreinarow,thesystemautomaticallypopsupthecararrestpredictiondialogbox.Ifitisathroughtrain,thedynamicinspectorwillfillintheinspectionresultfeedbackinformation;Thefillingmethodisthesameasthatforpredictingsingleprimarybearingfailure.TADS故障預(yù)報(bào)及反饋如果是非直通車,處理方法與預(yù)報(bào)單次一級(jí)軸承故障相同,但現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢車工長(zhǎng)要對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢車員認(rèn)定無故障軸位進(jìn)行復(fù)核,經(jīng)檢查確認(rèn)后,無故障車輛放行,有故障車輛,轉(zhuǎn)入TADS故障處理流程,由動(dòng)態(tài)檢車員填寫檢查結(jié)果反饋信息,填寫方法與預(yù)報(bào)單次一級(jí)軸承故障相同。Ifitisnotathroughtrain,thetreatmentmethodisthesameasthatofforecastingasinglefirst-gradebearingfault,buttheon-siteinspectionchiefshallreviewtheaxlepositionidentifiedbytheon-siteinspectionpersonnelastrouser-free.Aftertheinspectionisconfirmed,thetrouser-freevehicleisreleased,andthefaultyvehicleistransferredtotheTADSfaultprocessingprocess,andthedynamicinspectionpersonnelwillfillinthefeedbackinformationoftheinspectionresults.Thefillingmethodisthesameasthatofforecastingasinglefirst-gradebearingfaultTADS故障軸承分解及反饋DecompositionandfeedbackofTADSfaultbearingPart

Forecastlevel:甩車地點(diǎn):DumpLocation:處理人:conductor:處理日期:dateoftreatment:預(yù)報(bào)設(shè)備:TADSForecastingequipment:TADS對(duì)存在故障貨車按有關(guān)規(guī)定辦理扣車手續(xù),并在軸承外圈的正下方,粘貼不干膠標(biāo)志,注明“TADS故障”字樣(見后表),將故障車輛調(diào)至站修所后進(jìn)行換輪處理;故障輪對(duì)送至車輛段檢修車間進(jìn)行軸承退卸處理,檢修車間對(duì)軸承退卸分解后發(fā)現(xiàn)的故障進(jìn)行拍照存檔,由車輛段安排專人匯總軸承故障類型及照片,15日內(nèi)補(bǔ)錄入TADS。Thedefectivetruckshallbeconfiscatedinaccordancewithrelevantregulations,andaself-adhesivesignshallbeaffixedrightbelowtheouterringofthebearing,indicatingthewords"TADSfault"(seethetablebelow),andthefaultyvehicleshallbetransferredtotherepairstationforwheelreplacement;Thefaultywheelsetissenttothemaintenanceworkshopofthedepotforbearingdecommissionedtreatment.Themaintenanceworkshopwilltakephotosofthefaultsfoundafterbearingdecommissionedanddecommissionedforarchiving.ThedepotwillarrangespecialpersonneltosummarizethetypesandphotosofbearingfaultsandrecordtheminTADSwithin15days.不干膠貼大?。?20mm×50mm,表格大?。?05mm×45mmTADS故障軸承分解及反饋TADS故障預(yù)報(bào)及反饋網(wǎng)站功能頁(yè)面(分解照片信息頁(yè))Websitefunctionpage(breakdownphotoinformationpage)TADS故障預(yù)報(bào)及反饋檢查結(jié)果反饋Inspectionresultfeedback2對(duì)于扣車報(bào)警和單次預(yù)報(bào)1級(jí)的故障軸承,值班員在進(jìn)行確認(rèn),并通知現(xiàn)場(chǎng)人員進(jìn)行檢查后,還需要填寫列檢的實(shí)際檢查情況,并上報(bào)鐵道部(相關(guān)人員操作要求參照鐵道部公布的“運(yùn)規(guī)”)。Forthefaultbearingofthecararrestalarmandsingleforecastlevel1,thedutyofficerneedstofillintheactualinspectionsituationoftheinspectionafterconfirmingandnotifyingtheon-sitepersonnelforinspection,andreportittotheMinistryofRailways(theoperationrequirementsofrelevantpersonnelrefertothe"operationregulations"publishedbytheMinistryofRailways).填寫方法:點(diǎn)擊“報(bào)警管理”下的“檢查結(jié)果反饋”按鈕進(jìn)入。Fillingmethod:Clickthe"Checkresultfeedback"buttonunder"AlarmManagement"toenterTADS故障預(yù)報(bào)及反饋點(diǎn)擊“填寫”按鈕,在下方會(huì)出現(xiàn)檢查情況登記表,需要填寫或選擇的內(nèi)容包括是否直通車、軸承位置、是否甩車、是否換輪、軸號(hào)、檢查人和檢查時(shí)間(其中帶“*”標(biāo)識(shí)的為必需填寫項(xiàng)),需特別注意的是在“是否直通車”的選項(xiàng)中,當(dāng)選擇非直通車時(shí),必須選擇軸承位置、是否甩車和是否換輪等選項(xiàng),進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢查的軸承必須填寫標(biāo)志板上標(biāo)識(shí)的軸號(hào)。最終確保填寫的信息準(zhǔn)確無誤后,點(diǎn)擊“提交”按鈕即可。Clickthe"Fillin"button,theinspectionstatusregistrationformwillappearbelow,andthecontentstobefilledinorselectedincludewhetherthroughtrain,bearingposition,whethertodumpthecar,whethertochangethewheel,shaftnumber,inspectorandinspectiontime(theitemsmarkedwith"*"arerequiredtofillin).Itshouldbenotedthatintheoptionof"Whetherthroughtrain",whenselectinganon-throughtrain,whenselectinganon-throughtrain,Thebearingposition,whethertodumpthecarandwhethertochangethewheelmustbeselected,andthebearingforfieldinspectionmustfillintheshaftnumbermarkedonthesignboard.Finallymakesurethattheinformationisaccurate,clickthe"Submit"button.TADS故障預(yù)報(bào)及反饋分解結(jié)果反饋Decompositionresultfeedback3在檢查結(jié)果反饋信息中填寫為“換輪”的故障軸承,需要在15日內(nèi)填寫車輛段(檢修車間)的分解結(jié)果反饋信息。點(diǎn)擊“報(bào)警管理”下的“分解結(jié)果反饋”按鈕進(jìn)入分解結(jié)果反饋頁(yè)。Forthefaultybearingfilledas"wheelchange"intheinspectionresultfeedbackinformation,thedecompositionresultfeedbackinformationofthedepot(inspectionworkshop)needstobefilledinwithin15days.Clickthe"DecompositionresultFeedback"buttonunder"AlarmManagement"toenterthedecompositionresultfeedbackpage.TADS故障預(yù)報(bào)及反饋分解結(jié)果查詢Decomposedresultquery4點(diǎn)擊“報(bào)警管理”下“分解結(jié)果查詢”按鈕進(jìn)入分解結(jié)果查詢條件頁(yè)。Clickthe"Decompositionresultquery"buttonunder"AlarmManagement"toenterthedecompositionres
