補(bǔ)償貿(mào)易合同書

3、負(fù)責(zé)；而且，甲方有機(jī)就其中的損失向乙方提出索賠。修改信用證的費(fèi)用由乙方承擔(dān)。27保驗(yàn)：甲方保險(xiǎn)，投保水漬險(xiǎn)和戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)險(xiǎn)，投保金額為發(fā)票金額加1028檢驗(yàn)：甲方出具的品技檢驗(yàn)證書為最后依據(jù)。若貨到后乙方發(fā)現(xiàn)質(zhì)量與上述規(guī)定不符，乙方在貨到目的港后_天內(nèi)通知甲方，雙方協(xié)商解決有爭(zhēng)議的問題。3不可抗力若因不可抗力事故，甲方或乙方對(duì)未交或遲交本合同項(xiàng)下的部分或全部貨物不負(fù)責(zé)任。4仲裁有關(guān)或執(zhí)行本合同的一切爭(zhēng)議應(yīng)該友好協(xié)商解決。若達(dá)不成協(xié)議，有關(guān)爭(zhēng)議案則提交_仲裁。仲裁決定為終局的，并對(duì)雙方均具有約束力。5適用法律本合同的簽訂，解釋和履行以中華人民共和國法律為準(zhǔn)。6正本條款本合同以英文書寫，正本兩份，每方各持

A and War Risk.2.8 Inspection:The quality cert

If， on arrival of the goods at the port of destination， Party B finds the quality not up to the spcifications mentioned above， Party B shall notify Party A within 45 days after arrival of the goods at the port of destination. Both Parties shall h

16、ave consulations for a settlement of the matter in dispute.3.Force MajeureParty A or Party B shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in delivery of the entire lot or a portion of the goods under the Contract as a result of any force majeure accident(s).4.ArbitrationAll disputes arisin

17、g in connection with this Contract or in the execution thereof，should be settled amicably through negotiations.
