2、超過320Mpa的巖石。突出的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是產(chǎn)品成品呈立方體,無張力及裂縫,粒形極好,廣泛應(yīng)用于建材、交通、能源、水泥、礦山、化工等行業(yè)。本機(jī)不適用于表面水分大于810%的礦石或粘性物料的破碎。主要技術(shù)參數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)子工作圓直徑1250mm轉(zhuǎn)子有效寬度1400Mm進(jìn)料口尺寸1430×400Mm最大進(jìn)料粒度350Mm排料間隙2060Mm生產(chǎn)能力100160t/h電動機(jī)功率132160kW重量(不包括電動機(jī))18T外形尺寸2690×2385×2890mm工作原理與結(jié)構(gòu)特征 本機(jī)器是一種利用沖擊能來破碎的破碎機(jī)械。當(dāng)物料進(jìn)入板錘作用區(qū)時,受到板錘的高速沖擊而破碎,并被拋向安裝在轉(zhuǎn)子上方

3、的反擊破裝置上再次破碎,然后又從反擊襯板上彈回到板錘作用區(qū)重新破碎。此過程重復(fù)進(jìn)行,直到物料被破碎至所需粒度,由機(jī)器下部排出為止。調(diào)整反擊架與轉(zhuǎn)子之間的間隙可達(dá)到改變物料出料粒度和物料形狀的目的。本機(jī)在后架上采用自重式保險裝置,當(dāng)非破碎物料進(jìn)入破碎腔后,前后反擊架后退,非破碎物料從機(jī)內(nèi)排出。 結(jié)構(gòu)和特征 如圖1所示,PF-1214反擊式破碎機(jī)主要由轉(zhuǎn)子、反擊架、機(jī)架和傳動部分等零件組成。圖1 PF-1214反擊式破碎機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)圖 轉(zhuǎn)子部分轉(zhuǎn)子體是本機(jī)心臟部分(見圖2).轉(zhuǎn)子架采用鋼板焊接而成,板錘被固定在正確的位置,軸向限位裝置,能有效的防止板錘竄動.板錘采用高耐磨材料制成.整個轉(zhuǎn)子具有良好的動靜

4、平衡和耐沖擊性. 機(jī)架機(jī)架由三部分堅固抗扭的箱形焊接結(jié)構(gòu)組成,彼此用高強(qiáng)度螺栓連接.為保證安全可靠的更換易損件,鉸接式機(jī)架蓋可用機(jī)械裝置或液壓裝置打開.建議用戶在機(jī)架上方設(shè)置起吊裝置,這將幫助你更為快捷地打開上機(jī)架以更換易損件或檢測設(shè)備.機(jī)架兩側(cè)均設(shè)有檢測門. 反擊架本機(jī)裝有前、后兩個反擊架,均采用自重式懸掛結(jié)構(gòu).每一反擊架被單獨(dú)的支撐在破碎機(jī)機(jī)架上.破碎機(jī)工作時,反擊架借自重保持其正常工作位置;過鐵時,反擊架迅速抬起,異物排除后,又重新返回原處.反擊架與轉(zhuǎn)子之間的間隙可通過懸掛螺栓進(jìn)行調(diào)整.可換反擊襯板用斜起結(jié)構(gòu)固定在反擊架上.反擊襯板可以從磨損較大的地方更換到磨損較小的地方. 傳動部分傳動

5、采用高效窄型SPC三角皮帶傳動.與主軸配合的輪采用脹套聯(lián)接,便于裝拆.轉(zhuǎn)子的速度可通過更換槽輪來調(diào)整.安裝調(diào)試與試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn) 本機(jī)系制造廠裝配后成臺供應(yīng),當(dāng)用戶收到本機(jī)后,應(yīng)對設(shè)備進(jìn)行檢查和清點(diǎn),以清除在運(yùn)輸過程中造成的損失. 安裝施工人員應(yīng)熟悉本產(chǎn)品的結(jié)構(gòu),性能和技術(shù)要求,了解必要的操作規(guī)范,并事先制定合適的安裝工藝規(guī)程. 安裝現(xiàn)場需有足夠起吊能力的吊裝設(shè)備.設(shè)備安裝前設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)的預(yù)留空間和地腳螺栓預(yù)留孔的坐標(biāo)位置應(yīng)認(rèn)真檢查,并應(yīng)符合設(shè)備總圖及有關(guān)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計資料的規(guī)定.設(shè)備的縱、橫基礎(chǔ)坐標(biāo)(縱橫曲線)分別是設(shè)備的中心線和轉(zhuǎn)子軸心線.各預(yù)留空間和地腳螺預(yù)留孔的中心位置差不得大于±10mm. 機(jī)

6、體安裝機(jī)面要求平直,機(jī)體與基礎(chǔ)的相交面不得漏灰,地腳螺栓應(yīng)反復(fù)緊固?;A(chǔ)下部應(yīng)有足夠的空間,以便安裝輸送設(shè)備和設(shè)備檢修。設(shè)備與基礎(chǔ)之間應(yīng)填有吸振材料。本機(jī)與電機(jī)位置可左右布置,常規(guī)產(chǎn)品在主機(jī)的左側(cè),如有變化需在訂貨時告知供貨方。 安裝,更換或調(diào)整板錘時,應(yīng)注意板錘的稱重。對稱位置板錘重量差應(yīng)控制到最小狀態(tài)。 在第一次啟動之前和較長時間運(yùn)行后,須檢查反擊板下部邊緣與板錘上部的間隙。方法如下:用手轉(zhuǎn)動轉(zhuǎn)子,確保前反擊架與板錘的間隙是后反擊架一板錘的間隙寬度的二倍。 特別注意事項(xiàng):新裝板錘在轉(zhuǎn)子上有時存在徑向串動間隙,固新機(jī)第一次使用(或新?lián)Q板錘)后反擊架與板錘的間隙寬度必須保證不小于20mm,以確

7、保板錘與后反擊架不至于相碰。使用一段時間后,用戶方可根據(jù)使用需要,調(diào)小后反擊架與板錘的間隙。 為避免反擊式破碎機(jī)受到外來物硬的損傷。在機(jī)殼上需裝進(jìn)料斗,同樣,破碎后物料到皮帶輸送機(jī)的溜槽需安裝在破碎機(jī)出料口的下部。 試運(yùn)行的準(zhǔn)備工作1. 檢查并確認(rèn)破碎機(jī)機(jī)體沒有殘留金屬物品和任何其他物料。2. 檢查所有緊固零件是否鎖緊牢固。3. 檢查各檢修門是否密封。各門在關(guān)閉前應(yīng)在其外沿四周抹一層較厚的潤滑油脂,使其關(guān)閉后有較好的氣密性。4. 檢查軸承內(nèi)是否有適量的油脂。 空負(fù)荷運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)1. 在啟動電動機(jī)試車前,宜先行人工盤車實(shí)驗(yàn),確認(rèn)無異常響聲后再空負(fù)荷啟動。2. 空負(fù)荷試車必須遵循先點(diǎn)動后連續(xù)的原則,確認(rèn)無

8、異常響聲后再空負(fù)荷試車。3. 空運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時要求機(jī)器運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn),無異常振動及聲響??者\(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)試車連續(xù)時間不少于2小時,軸承溫度穩(wěn)定,其溫升不超過30。 負(fù)荷試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)器空負(fù)荷試車情況正常后,方可進(jìn)行負(fù)荷試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。負(fù)荷試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的連續(xù)時間不少于4小時。 給料本機(jī)必須采用送料裝置均勻連續(xù)給料,并待碎料分布于轉(zhuǎn)子工作部分的全長上,這樣既保證生產(chǎn)能力,又可避免堵料和悶車現(xiàn)象,延長機(jī)器使用壽命。送料裝置電器控制系統(tǒng)應(yīng)與破碎機(jī)的電器控制系統(tǒng)連鎖。當(dāng)破碎機(jī)超負(fù)荷時,輸送帶便可率先自動切斷電源,停止給料。 破碎機(jī)停機(jī)每次停機(jī)前應(yīng)先停止進(jìn)料工作,待破碎腔內(nèi)的物料完全被破碎后,方可切斷電源停機(jī)。負(fù)荷試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)完成后,應(yīng)對所有連接螺栓,地

9、腳螺栓的緊固情況,板錘的定位情況,襯板固定情況進(jìn)行檢查,并進(jìn)行必要的調(diào)整。維修與保養(yǎng) 為保證本機(jī)器的正常工作和延續(xù)機(jī)器的使用壽命,用戶應(yīng)對該機(jī)進(jìn)行經(jīng)常的維護(hù)和保養(yǎng)。 新機(jī)器投入運(yùn)行后,每班工作完畢時必須對機(jī)器進(jìn)行全面的檢查。大約運(yùn)行兩周后,只需每月對機(jī)器進(jìn)行一次全面的檢查。設(shè)備的電機(jī)、潤滑需每周作一次全面的檢查。檢查的內(nèi)容包括固定部位的緊固情況,皮帶傳動、軸承密封。電器開關(guān)的情況。 必須每周對機(jī)器的主要零件如板錘、反擊襯板、襯板的磨損情況進(jìn)行檢查,并結(jié)合檢修周期建立定期的維修和更換制度。 轉(zhuǎn)子和反擊襯板的間隙調(diào)整當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)子在運(yùn)行時,轉(zhuǎn)子與反擊襯板之間的間隙不能被調(diào)整。如物料成塊地滯留在反擊板與板殼

10、之間,建議在重新調(diào)整間隙之前稍微抬起反擊架,這樣成塊的進(jìn)料會變松,反擊架容易調(diào)整,如果反擊架不夠充足,可在放松的拉桿上輕拍(用一塊木板保護(hù)),轉(zhuǎn)子和反襯板的間隙由機(jī)器的調(diào)整裝置來完成(圖3),首先松開螺桿套2,然后在轉(zhuǎn)動長螺母3,此時,拉桿1會沿箭頭方向運(yùn)動,調(diào)整好再將螺桿套2擰緊。(注意:務(wù)必擰緊)。 更換易損件時,首先打開后上架。使用時,先將后上架與中箱體的連接螺栓卸下,然后用扳手?jǐn)Q動翻蓋裝置的六角頭部分,將后上架徐徐打開,打開至圖示位置(圖4)即結(jié)束,在此同時,可利用機(jī)架上方的吊掛裝置吊住后架。重復(fù)上述過程,即合上后上架。 板錘板錘磨損到一定程度時應(yīng)對其及時調(diào)整或更換,以避免緊固件與其他

11、部件的損傷。板錘的調(diào)整如圖5所示用翻蓋裝置將后上架打開。用手轉(zhuǎn)動轉(zhuǎn)子,將需調(diào)整或更換的板錘轉(zhuǎn)至檢修門處,然后固定轉(zhuǎn)子。拆去板錘定位零件:首先將定位件轉(zhuǎn)至圖5(c)位置。再將壓緊沿軸向拆出。然后將板錘沿軸向從檢修門處推出,或從機(jī)架吊出。拆卸時需用手錘在板錘上輕輕敲打。安裝板錘時,顛倒上述步驟即可。但需注意重量近似相同的板錘安裝在相對位置,以避免轉(zhuǎn)子工作時不平衡。 反擊襯板打開后上蓋,拆除固定反擊襯板用的開口銷、開槽螺母、螺栓,即可將磨損后的反擊襯板更換。如果安裝新的反擊襯板,顛倒上述步驟即可。 襯板調(diào)整反擊襯板均需打開后上架,所有襯板允許在磨損較重地域和磨損較輕的地域互換。當(dāng)一件里襯板僅僅在一邊

12、被磨損盡,它可轉(zhuǎn)動90°或180°繼續(xù)使用(見圖6)。發(fā)現(xiàn)有物料積壓在反擊架上面卡住反擊架時,可利用墊圈及螺栓墊在反擊架側(cè)面的襯板后面以減小其間隙,避免此現(xiàn)象的出現(xiàn)。 進(jìn)料口底部與板錘之間間隙調(diào)整在進(jìn)料口底部有一方鋼,當(dāng)下料處一角磨損時,可旋轉(zhuǎn)90°來控制未經(jīng)破碎的骨料的下料。調(diào)整時,需卸下機(jī)架兩側(cè)的方蓋,然后抽出方鋼,旋轉(zhuǎn)后再裝入(見圖7) 脹套聯(lián)接的拆裝和擰緊檢查本設(shè)備大皮帶輪(槽輪)的固定采用無鍵聯(lián)脹套聯(lián)結(jié)。脹套在拆卸時應(yīng)注意在圓周上以對角交叉的順序分幾步擰松緊螺釘,但不要全部擰出,取下鍍鋅的螺釘和墊圈,并以螺紋較大的螺栓旋入拆卸螺孔中,輕敲所有螺釘頭部,使

13、脹套松動拉出。脹套在裝配之前所有相關(guān)零件表面必須清洗干凈,并稍稍涂油。鎖緊螺釘必須涂上足夠的油脂,注意所有油脂不得含有二硫化鉬添加劑。此后,將脹套裝進(jìn)軸和輪之間,輕輕擰緊鎖緊螺釘,再用槽輪裝配工具,將槽輪頂緊在正確位置,最后用力矩扳手在圓周上以對角交叉的順序均勻的分三步(分別以1/3MA,1/2MA和MA力矩)擰緊螺釘,直至每個螺釘都達(dá)到給定擰緊力矩MA。在使用力矩扳手之前,務(wù)必檢查或調(diào)定所需的擰緊力矩MA=125N.M。完成后在脹套外露表面及螺釘頭部涂上防銹油脂。 潤滑必須嚴(yán)格遵守潤滑說明,以確保破碎機(jī)正常高效率的工作。主軸兩端的軸承采用二硫化鉬脂(3號鋰基脂)潤滑。一般每套軸承添加量6克/

14、50小時。每三個月更換潤滑油一次。換油前應(yīng)用潔凈的汽油或煤油仔細(xì)地沖洗軸承,加入軸承內(nèi)的潤滑脂為軸承空腔容積的50-70%。操作規(guī)程 本機(jī)器在每班開機(jī)前,應(yīng)內(nèi)外檢查各個旋轉(zhuǎn)部件的緊固螺栓有無松動現(xiàn)象。一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)應(yīng)即予排除。機(jī)內(nèi)螺栓應(yīng)每周檢查一次。 機(jī)器應(yīng)均勻給料,嚴(yán)禁金屬異物進(jìn)入機(jī)內(nèi)。操作人員聽到金屬敲擊聲或電流表顯示超負(fù)荷現(xiàn)象時,應(yīng)立即停機(jī),待機(jī)器全停機(jī)后,排除異物并檢查各有關(guān)轉(zhuǎn)動零部件有無損壞。確認(rèn)正常后,才可以繼續(xù)開機(jī)給料。本機(jī)只能在空載狀態(tài)下啟動,當(dāng)物料全部破碎并排除機(jī)體外時,才允許停機(jī),使用單位應(yīng)根據(jù)本說明書的內(nèi)容,結(jié)合常規(guī)要求,自行編制本機(jī)操作規(guī)程的和維護(hù)規(guī)程。可能發(fā)生的故障和消除方

23、pingement energy to break up material.After the material are put into flat file,and throw into another machine.This is a repeated prosecution process until the material is triturated into needed granularity.And it is vented from the underside of machine.Adjusting the inters pace between impact rack

Impact Rack,average libration rackThis machine assembles two fore-and-aft impact racks,and adopts deadweight type hanging structure.Each impact is singly supported on the rack of crusher.When working,the impact rack will keep its own normal work locus.While crossing the iron

29、,the impact rack will lift rapidly,after the eyewink is got rid of,it will return to the original place again.The clearance between impact rack and rotor can be adjusted through hanging the bolt.The clearance between average libration rack and rotor can also be adjusted.Impact skateboard can be chan

There need to have hoist and mount equipment which hangs enough ability for sling at the placing point.Before installation,equi
