12、、質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工程質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn):合格五、合同價(jià)款乙方必須按本合同規(guī)定工期、質(zhì)量要求及工程承包內(nèi)容,質(zhì)量符合設(shè)計(jì)及驗(yàn)收規(guī)范按期完成;本合同單價(jià)不含稅;甲方承擔(dān)水、電費(fèi)費(fèi)用等,乙方積極配合施工的各項(xiàng)工作,負(fù)責(zé)安全管理。1、本工程為CFG樁,包干單價(jià)為150元/平方米2、本工程合同總價(jià)為人民幣 元大寫:3、本合同的工程量計(jì)算規(guī)則:以現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)測(cè)面積為工程量結(jié)算。4、本合同上述單價(jià)均為閉口包干價(jià),以后不做調(diào)整。5、本合同工程量如需增減以甲方書面通知及甲方現(xiàn)場(chǎng)代表簽證實(shí)際發(fā)生的工程量計(jì)入總工程量。六、雙方責(zé)任甲方責(zé)任 sm.e Oy. - cu-y ccnt-ol s p- .ot-g - nt - a- .age

24、constructioni n the ofcore rol e,and fightingfortressrole andpi oneermodelr ole; to continues to stre ngthening"four和辦理報(bào)建、臨時(shí)場(chǎng)地、占用道路等的批準(zhǔn)手續(xù)。同時(shí)向乙方提交施工(安裝)圖紙與說明書和有關(guān)的技術(shù)資料各一 份;水電安裝圖紙份;地質(zhì)勘探資料一 份;建筑(安裝)許可證和報(bào)建審核意見書。2 .提供現(xiàn)場(chǎng)水電接點(diǎn),材料堆放點(diǎn)及臨時(shí)設(shè)施。3 .基坑南側(cè)的地下管路,如煤氣管、水管等,開工前應(yīng)在施工圖中標(biāo)明。4 .按時(shí)向乙方撥付工程款。乙方責(zé)任:1 . 在開工前天完成組織

25、施工圖會(huì)審、編制施工組織設(shè)計(jì),并送交甲方,作為甲方檢查監(jiān)督執(zhí)行施工計(jì)劃的依據(jù)。2 .全面負(fù)責(zé)錨桿施工,保質(zhì)保量按期完成任務(wù)。3 .完工后,提供有效的竣工資料三份。4 . 乙方承包的任務(wù),非經(jīng)甲方同意,不得隨意分包給第三方。5乙方必須嚴(yán)格按照施工圖與說明書以及施工技術(shù)規(guī)范和操作規(guī)程進(jìn)行施工,按規(guī)定做好試件和材料的試驗(yàn),確保工程質(zhì)量,按期完工。 在工程質(zhì)量上必須接受質(zhì)量監(jiān)督部門和甲方的監(jiān)督,甲方發(fā)現(xiàn)其在主要形象上拖進(jìn)度3 天時(shí),或在主要工程上存在重大質(zhì)量問題時(shí),經(jīng)質(zhì)監(jiān)部門確認(rèn)后,甲方應(yīng)以書面通知乙方,乙方在3 天內(nèi)必須采取有效措施糾正。否則甲方有權(quán)采取措施直至終止合同,調(diào)換施工隊(duì)伍。因此所造成的實(shí)

41、srole andpi oneermodelr ole;to continues to stre ngthening"four隱蔽工程、辦理中間交工工程驗(yàn)收簽證手續(xù),督促乙方按規(guī)定搞好試件、材料試驗(yàn)和各項(xiàng)技術(shù)資料及報(bào)表整理,負(fù)責(zé)簽證、解決應(yīng)由甲方解決的問題,以及其它事宜。七、結(jié)算方式本工程無工程預(yù)付款,工程樁完成50%工作量時(shí),甲方支付乙方總造價(jià)的,工程樁完成后,甲方支付乙方總造價(jià)的,檢測(cè)合格后,甲方支付乙方總造價(jià)的,結(jié)算完成后,剩余工程款在一周內(nèi)全部結(jié)清。八、工程驗(yàn)收工程竣工后,以國(guó)家現(xiàn)行的質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收規(guī)范、國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、設(shè)計(jì)要求等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行工程驗(yàn)收。九、違約責(zé)任1、由于甲方原因造成工程質(zhì)量
