1、ABAQUS軟件隨機(jī)振動(dòng)分析在工程中,結(jié)構(gòu)一般需要對(duì)它進(jìn)行隨機(jī)振動(dòng)分析。典型的例子是:通過(guò)機(jī)床的振動(dòng)響應(yīng)分析進(jìn)行機(jī)床的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),通過(guò)對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)的地震響應(yīng)分析。在電子產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)中,ABAQUS軟件不僅僅能對(duì)電子產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行沖擊、熱場(chǎng)、加工等過(guò)程進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,還可以對(duì)電子產(chǎn)品在隨機(jī)振動(dòng)下產(chǎn)品的響應(yīng)性能做出很好預(yù)測(cè),以優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)。本例題就某電子產(chǎn)品在隨機(jī)激勵(lì)作用下的響應(yīng)結(jié)構(gòu)為例,采用如下圖所示的簡(jiǎn)化模型分析在特定隨機(jī)激勵(lì)(如圖2)中,分析該結(jié)構(gòu)的響應(yīng)。導(dǎo)入模型由于IGES文件給的是實(shí)體模型,我們?cè)谟?jì)算中產(chǎn)用shell模型,所以我們需要通過(guò)ABAQUS/CAE中對(duì)shell的編輯功能對(duì)模型進(jìn)行修改。導(dǎo)入IGE

2、S文件成Shell格式。在主菜單選擇File-Import-Part,進(jìn)入ImportPart對(duì)話框。選擇相應(yīng)的IGES文件,點(diǎn)擊按鈕。在彈出的CreatePartFromIGESFile對(duì)話框中,如下圖,對(duì)話框的Topology選擇SImportPartDirectory:_I3-16Name-RepairName二利用CAE_j.2.IGSPartname:randomFileName:FileFilter:RepairOptionsHConverttoanalyticalrepresentationHStitchEdgesIZZIConverttopreciserepresentatio

5、,4.2延展表在主菜單選邊的短邊,點(diǎn)擊Type30Includetwist3pitch(Dist/Rev)Includedraft,angle(Degrees)按照上圖連接圖示的線條,點(diǎn)擊提示欄中的罰按鈕。進(jìn)入EditExtru下圖所示。EditExtrusionEndConditionUptoFacevDepthExtrudedirection:FlipOptionsNote:Twistanddraftcannotbespecifiedtogether.OK|Cane星|選擇Type選項(xiàng)為UptoFaCe,點(diǎn)擊五匚口按鈕,使得工作區(qū)的紅色箭頭指向如下圖所示。0K的示按鈕,選擇箭頭所指的面修補(bǔ)

6、好的模型如下圖所點(diǎn)擊EditEx確認(rèn)。用同樣的由于IGES文利,要將他們刪圈上畫(huà)一個(gè)圓,把原IGES文件中4.3修補(bǔ)底在主菜單選邊,點(diǎn)擊進(jìn)入Ske向負(fù)方1擊對(duì)話框中按鈕使得工作EditCutExtrusion點(diǎn)擊鼠色箭頭的方EndConditionType:Depth:ExtrudeOptionsNote:Twistanddraftcannotbespecifiedtogether.(Dist/Rev)Includetwistypitch:0(Degrees)Includedraftsangle:0按照同樣的方法把另外三個(gè)個(gè)孔和一個(gè)底座進(jìn)行修補(bǔ)。Cancel4.4分割模型。該模型中部分地方需要

7、加強(qiáng),所用單元的殼的厚度不一樣,需要把它分割出來(lái)。在主菜單選擇Tools-Partition,進(jìn)入CreatePartition對(duì)話框,選擇type為Face,Method為Sketch,點(diǎn)擊對(duì)話框中的按鈕確認(rèn)。選擇如下圖所示區(qū)域,點(diǎn)擊提示欄中的按鈕,用鼠標(biāo)選擇區(qū)域最右的邊,點(diǎn)擊進(jìn)入Sketch模塊。Dont:利用Sketch按鈕完成。用同樣的方處理好的模區(qū)域,點(diǎn)擊鼠標(biāo)中鍵,1-1/7三添加材料屬性在Module右邊的列表框中選擇Property,進(jìn)入屬性設(shè)置模塊。因?yàn)镮GES文件中給的是米單位,所以屬性中所有的長(zhǎng)度量綱必須1.在主菜單選Elasticity選擇Mechanical-ateri

8、al-Create。進(jìn)入EditMateriaasfic。分別填入楊氏模量7e7和泊松比0.3。在EditMaterial對(duì)話框中,選擇General-Density。輸入密度為2.7e-6。點(diǎn)擊OK按鈕,退出EditMaterial對(duì)話框。在主菜單選擇Section-Create,取名為Section-l_6MM。進(jìn)入CreateSection對(duì)話框中,設(shè)置Category為Shell,點(diǎn)擊按鈕。進(jìn)入EditSection對(duì)話框,設(shè)置ShellThickness為1.6,點(diǎn)擊OK按鈕。重復(fù)4步驟,分別創(chuàng)建厚度為3mm,6mm,8mm的Section.照下圖選擇相應(yīng)的部分,按照?qǐng)D示把不同的截面

9、賦給不同的部分。點(diǎn)擊OK按鈕,完成部件屬性的分配。在主菜單選擇Assign-Section,進(jìn)入EditSectionAssignment對(duì)話框。將鼠標(biāo)按IZZIAuto-offsetfromotherinstancesCancelNote:TochangeaDependentinstancesmeshjyoumustedititspartsmesh.在Module右邊的列表框中選擇Assepbly,進(jìn)入裝配模塊。1.InstanceType:二;期星F貝口.Q貝口工(云旦口.衛(wèi).藍(lán):.?Independent(meshoninstance)在主菜單中選擇Instance-Create,進(jìn)入C

10、reateInstance對(duì)話框中,選擇random,并在InstanceType下面選擇Dependent(meshonPart)單選鈕。如右圖:點(diǎn)擊OK按鈕,關(guān)閉CreateInstance對(duì)話框,創(chuàng)建了PartT的Instance。在主菜單,選擇Tools-Partition,在彈出的CreatePartition對(duì)話框中,選擇Cell單選鈕。點(diǎn)擊皿按鈕,退出CreatePartition對(duì)話框四定義分析步在Module右邊的列表框中選擇Step,進(jìn)入分析步模塊,建立兩個(gè)分析步驟。由于在進(jìn)行隨機(jī)響應(yīng)步驟分析之間必須要進(jìn)行一次頻率分析,所以要建立兩個(gè)分析步驟(頻率分析和隨機(jī)響應(yīng)分析)。建立

11、頻率分析步驟:主菜單選擇Step-Create,進(jìn)入CreateStep對(duì)話框,Proceduretype選擇Linearperturbation項(xiàng),子選項(xiàng)選擇Randomresponse選項(xiàng)。點(diǎn)擊按鈕。進(jìn)入EditStep對(duì)話框,在Numberofeigenvaluesrequestedeigen右邊的子選項(xiàng)中選擇Value,并在框中輸入20。建立隨機(jī)響應(yīng)分析步驟:Step-Create,進(jìn)入CreateStep對(duì)話框,Proceduretype選擇Static,Linearperturbation項(xiàng),子選項(xiàng)選擇Frenquecy選項(xiàng)。點(diǎn)擊按鈕。進(jìn)入EditStep對(duì)話框,在對(duì)話框的Basi

12、c頁(yè)面中,Scale選擇Linear項(xiàng),下面的LowerFrequency,UpperFrequency,NumberofPoints,以及Bias選項(xiàng)中分別寫(xiě)入:10,2000,20,3。在Damping頁(yè)面中,選上usingdirectdampingdata,在DirectModal選項(xiàng)中依次填寫(xiě)1,20,0.001。點(diǎn)擊0K按鈕,關(guān)閉EditStep對(duì)話框。五定義相互作用屬性在主菜單中,選擇Tools-ReferencePoint.,采用默認(rèn)值(0.,0.,0.),點(diǎn)擊鼠標(biāo)中鍵確認(rèn)。在主菜單中,選擇Constraint-Create.,進(jìn)入CreateConstraint對(duì)話框中,Typ

15、子的設(shè)定。3.在彈出的GlobalSeeds對(duì)話框中,Approximateglobalsize右邊的文本框中輸入3.5,如下圖:點(diǎn)擊圖形窗口下的5.選擇主菜單Mesh-Controls.,鼠標(biāo)選擇如下圖所指示的四塊肋板。點(diǎn)擊鼠標(biāo)中dominated選項(xiàng)如OKTechniqueAsis(J1Free匸:,StructuredshControls對(duì)話框,選擇ElementShape1為I按鈕確認(rèn)。亡shControlsElementShapeOQuadd-dominatedOTriAlgoritlunCjMedialazciAdvancing:ront6劃分的網(wǎng)格如下圖所示:八編輯關(guān)鍵HON由于
