XXXX年產(chǎn)18萬噸丙烯-54萬噸環(huán)氧丙烷項目-物料平衡計算書第一章物料平衡計算書1.1概述本項目利用進口丙烷為主要原料合成乙烯,最終可制得純度為99.9%的聚合級丙烯,同時聯(lián)產(chǎn)純度為99.9%的環(huán)氧丙烷。在確定整個工藝流程后,經(jīng)AspenPlus的全流程模擬,獲得了更為準(zhǔn)確的數(shù)據(jù),由定型階段轉(zhuǎn)為定量階段。通過對整個生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)、生產(chǎn)車間,以及部分重要的生產(chǎn)單元進行物料衡算計算出主、副產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)量,原材料的消耗定額,“三廢”排放量及組成,以及產(chǎn)品收率等各項經(jīng)濟技術(shù)指標(biāo),從而定量地評述初步設(shè)計所選擇的工藝路線、生產(chǎn)方法及工藝流程在經(jīng)濟上是否合理,技術(shù)上是否先進,為后階段的設(shè)計提供數(shù)據(jù)。1.2物料衡算的原理和準(zhǔn)則物料衡算是以質(zhì)量守恒定律為基礎(chǔ),對物料平衡進行的計算。物料平衡是指“在單位時間內(nèi)進入系統(tǒng)的全部物料質(zhì)量必定等于離開該系統(tǒng)的全部物料質(zhì)量再加上損失掉的和積累起來的物科質(zhì)量”。進行物料衡算時,先必須確定衡算的體系。對于已經(jīng)達到穩(wěn)定的體系,通常滿足以下關(guān)系:(進料量之和)-(出料量之和)=(系統(tǒng)累積量)當(dāng)系統(tǒng)中有化學(xué)反應(yīng)時可表示為:(進料量之和)-(出料量之和)+(反應(yīng)消耗量)-(反應(yīng)生成量)=(系統(tǒng)累積量)利用以上兩個關(guān)系,可以對整個工藝系統(tǒng)或子系統(tǒng)進行物料衡算。物料衡算包括總質(zhì)量衡算、組分衡算和元素衡算。各種衡算方法的適用情況如下表所示:表1.1物料衡算式適用范圍類別物料衡算形式無化學(xué)反應(yīng)有化學(xué)反應(yīng)總衡算式總質(zhì)量衡算式適用適用總物質(zhì)的量衡算式適用不適用組分衡算式組分質(zhì)量衡算式適用不適用組分物質(zhì)的量衡算式適用不適用元素原子衡算式元素原子質(zhì)量衡算式適用適用元素原子物質(zhì)的量衡算式適用適用由于系統(tǒng)中存在化學(xué)反應(yīng),我們主要采用總質(zhì)量衡算的的衡算方法,同時列出每種物料組分的質(zhì)量流量便于查找和計算。1.3總項目核算從原料入廠到產(chǎn)品輸出,其工藝路線可分為如下兩個工段:丙烷脫氫工段和丙烯還氧化工段。1.3.1物料衡算任務(wù)對于本廠,工藝采取年開工300天(7200小時)的連續(xù)操作,其中一年內(nèi)的四~五周(約30天)用于固定的停車設(shè)備檢修及緊急情況處理。物料衡算的主要任務(wù)在于:① 確定對丙烯、環(huán)氧丙烷以及副產(chǎn)品的實際產(chǎn)量以及質(zhì)量指標(biāo);② 確定丙烷、甲醇、過氧化氫等主要物料的消耗量以及損失率等指標(biāo);③ 確定工藝中的“三廢”排放量等公共經(jīng)濟指標(biāo);④ 各主要單元過程的物料衡算,并指導(dǎo)工藝設(shè)備的尺寸確定;⑤ 匯總?cè)鞒涛锪虾馑悖瑪?shù)據(jù)用于完成物料流程圖等后續(xù)設(shè)計任務(wù)。
