度和孔隙率等）2）離心力2）固體濃度3）槽的縱斷面形狀3）礦漿流量Duetothevastnumberofmaterialsprocessed,thereisnorecipetofollowwhenusingaspiralconcentrator.Eachapplicationhasitsownuniqueproblemsandsolutions.Therefore,auniquetesthastobecarriedoutforeachapplication.Theresultsofthesetestsdeterminethevaluesoftheabove-mentionedvariablesaswellasthetroughprofile.Ofthesevariableparameters,theslurryvolumeisthemostimportant.Theconcentratorcantoleratesomemassandsolidsconcentrationfluctuationswithoutsignificantlossofperformance.But,itisveryimportanttokeeptheflowofslurryconstant.PleasecontactMULTOTECforinformationontestproceduresforextraordinaryapplications.由于需解決的物料種類繁多，螺旋分選機(jī)在設(shè)計(jì)選型的時(shí)候并沒有固定的成規(guī)可循。每一種應(yīng)用實(shí)例都有其獨(dú)特的問題和解決辦法。因此，對每一種應(yīng)用實(shí)例都應(yīng)當(dāng)施行一種量身定做的測試。這些測試的成果就決定了上述可變因素的值及槽的縱斷面形狀。在這些可變因素中，礦漿流量是最重要的。螺旋分選機(jī)對物料和固體濃度的變化有一定的免疫力，這些變化不會對分選效果產(chǎn)生重大影響。但是，保持礦漿流量的恒定卻是必須的，非常重要的。欲獲得更多的有關(guān)應(yīng)用實(shí)例測試過程的信息，請與MULTOTEC聯(lián)系。GravityDistributorMaterial:Galvanizedmildsteellinedwithabrasionresistantpolyurethane.Feed:Freedischarge–centralfeedinletpipe.OperationalParameters:Particlesizerange:-3mm+0mmDensityrange:0-40%solids(w/w)Volume/Outlet:5,0m3/hr–9,0m3PipeNetwork:Length:150mmDiameter:50mmor75O.D.Mounting:20degreesoffhorizontal.礦漿分派器材料：鍍鋅低碳鋼，內(nèi)襯聚亞胺酯耐磨材料。給料：自由卸料–中心給料進(jìn)料管。操作參數(shù)：粒度范疇：-3mm+0mm密度范疇:0-40%固體含量(w/w)體積/出口:5,0m3/hr–9,0m3管道網(wǎng)絡(luò):長度:150mm直徑:50mm或75mm外徑安裝:水平傾斜20度。SECTIONE–OPERATINGPRINCIPLES操作原理Toseparateamixtureof,say,productA(lightparticles)andproductB(heavyparticles),thespiralconcentratoroperatesinthefollowingmanner:Themixtureisscreenedtoremovealltheparticleslargerthan+1mm.Itisthenmixedwithwatertoformslurrywithaconstantdensityof30%solidsto70%water.Thisslurryisthenpumpedintotheslurrydistributor(1).Thedistributorfeedsequalvolumesofslurrythrougheachofitsoutlets(2),viathedownpipes(3),intothevarioustopfeedboxes(4)Thefeedboxesfeedtheslurryontothespiraltroughs(5).Theslurrynowspiralsdownthetroughsundertheforceofgravity.E部分–工作原理假定要分選含有A產(chǎn)品（輕顆粒）與B產(chǎn)品（重顆粒）的混合物，螺旋分選機(jī)按以下方式工作：混合物首先通過篩分，除去+1mm以上的大顆粒。然后，加適量水調(diào)成固體與水分別占30%和70%的漿液。隨即，漿液用泵送入礦漿分派器（1）。礦漿分派器對它的每個出口（2）平均給料，通過下料板，能夠分散礦漿流從而減小對螺旋槽內(nèi)表面的磨損。給料箱將礦漿給入螺旋槽（5）。礦漿在重力作用下沿螺旋槽向下運(yùn)動。Thelighterparticles(productA)staysuspendedinthewaterandforcedtotheouteredgeofthetroughbythecentrifugalforcecreatedbythecircularmovement.Theheavierparticles(productB)sinktothebottomofthetroughwheredrag,createdbyfriction,slowsthemdown.Thespeciallyslopedtroughprofileforcestheseslow,heavyparticlestomovedowntheshorterinnerrouteofthetrough.Whentheslurryreachesthebottomofthespiral,thematerialsarecompletelyseparatedandcannormallybeseenastwoseparate.Theadjustablesplitteratthebottomofthetroughissetbyhandtofinally‘split’orseparatethetwostreamsofmaterial.Thematerialsarethenfedintoseparatecollectionboxes(6/Fig.E1)withoutletsleadingintothelaunders(7/Fig.E1)below.MostoftentheseparatedmaterialsareoptionallyroutedfromthelaundertoanotherSpiralConcentratordirectlybelow,tobeprocessedoncemore.Thisiscalleddoublestageprocess.輕顆粒（A產(chǎn)品）保持懸浮在水中，并在漿液環(huán)流運(yùn)動產(chǎn)生的離心力的作用下被推向螺旋槽的外緣。重顆粒（B產(chǎn)品）沉到螺旋槽的底部，受到摩擦阻力，運(yùn)動速度變緩。含有特定坡度的螺旋槽橫斷面使得這些運(yùn)動變慢了的重顆粒沿著螺旋槽的內(nèi)緣向下運(yùn)動。當(dāng)?shù)V漿達(dá)成螺旋分選機(jī)的底部，物料即被完全分離開來，普通分為兩產(chǎn)品。螺旋槽底部安裝有可手動調(diào)節(jié)的分流器，通過調(diào)節(jié)這個分流器，能夠調(diào)節(jié)物料的分選密度。分選完畢后的物料，通過連接在下方洗煤槽（7/圖E1）上的出料口，被分別給入各自的產(chǎn)品收集槽（6/圖E1）。在更為普遍的狀況下，能夠選擇性地將從洗煤槽出來的物料直接給入其下方的另一種螺旋分選機(jī)，再次分選。這叫做兩段分選。

SECTIONG–INSTALLATIONANDCOMMISIONINGINSTRUCTIONS安裝調(diào)試指導(dǎo)WARNING:-Donotweldorgrindnearthespiralconcentrator.CAUTION:-Donotusethespiraltroughsasastaircase.CAUTION:-Theslurryfeedlinemustbesupportedfromanindependentstructure.CAUTION:-Donotweldordrillthehousingframe.1.DELIVERYThebankofSpiralConcentratorsisdeliveredasfollows:Acratecontainingthegravitydistributoraswellasalltheloosefittingsandelbows.Anumberof6mlengthsof50mmODH.D.P.E.piping.Anumberof6mlengthsof75mmODH.D.P.E.piping.Anumberof6mlengthsof90mmODH.D.P.E.piping.Thecompleteassembledsteelframewithallthespiralassembliesinposition.Onesparespiralassemblyusedduringmaintenance.(Recommendedoptionalextra).Pleasecheckthatalltheabove-mentioneditemsaredeliveredintact.1.交貨交貨時(shí)，一組螺旋分選機(jī)涉及下列部分：一種條板箱，內(nèi)裝礦漿分派器、松散部件以及彎管。若干長6米，外徑50毫米的H.D.P.E.（高密度聚乙烯）管。若干長6米，外徑75毫米的H.D.P.E.（高密度聚乙烯）管。若干長6米，外徑90毫米的H.D.P.E.（高密度聚乙烯）管。完全安裝好螺旋組件的鋼構(gòu)造。一種維修中備用的螺旋組件。（可選，推薦選用）。請檢查確認(rèn)上述部件在交貨時(shí)完整無缺。2.STORAGESpiralconcentratorsmustbestoredoutofdirectsunlightandprotectedfromhotobjectssuchasweldingsplatter.Ifstorageisrequiredforextendedperiods(exceeding2weeks)thenuprightstorageisrecommended.Spiralsaresensitivetoimpactandmustbeprotectedfromfallingobjects.Thetroughsarenotdesignedtosupportheavyloads,suchastheweightofpeopleclimbingonthem.2.存儲螺旋分選機(jī)須避免陽光直射，并須謹(jǐn)防諸如焊接時(shí)噴濺出的火星之類的熱物。如果需超期存儲（超出兩周），建議保持機(jī)身的豎立。螺旋分選機(jī)機(jī)身須防撞擊，須謹(jǐn)防落物。螺旋槽不能支撐重載，切勿攀登。TRANSPORTATIONANDHANDLINGSpiralassemblieswilleitherbepackedinwoodencratesorsteeltransportframes.Caremustbetakenduringtransportthatliftingforcesarebornebythepackagingandnotbythespiraltrough.Spiralbanksareshippedinmodulesoftwospiralassembliesinstalledinthesupportframe.Liftinglugsareprovidedforhandlingtheframe.3．運(yùn)輸及操作螺旋組件能夠裝箱在木箱或鋼構(gòu)造的框架中運(yùn)輸。運(yùn)輸時(shí)須注意，提高力作用在包裝上，而不能作用在螺旋槽上。螺旋組件兩個為一組裝在支撐框架內(nèi)運(yùn)輸。提供吊環(huán)用來提吊框架。4.INSTALLATIONToinstalltheSpiralConcentrators,proceedasfollows:Removethespiralassembliesfromtheframe.Thisisasafetyprecautionagainstdamagetothespiralsbycarelesspersonnel,grindingsparksorweldingbeads.Storethespiralsinanuprightposition,inasafeplace.Movethesteelframetoitsfinalpre-preparedposition.Ifnecessary,theframecanbedismantledintomoremanageableparts.Useagoodqualityspiritlevel(orevenaDumpyLevel)topositiontheframeinatrulyhorizontalposition.Clamptheframefirmlyinposition.CAUTION:Weldingordrillingtheframewilldamagethegalvanizingandcausesubsequentrust.Refitallthespiralassembliesandorientatethemcorrectly.Installthegravitydistributorontopoftheframe.Connecttheflangedfeedinletpipetotheslurryfeedline.CAUTION:Thefeedlinemustbesupportedfromanindependentstructure.Insertthepolyurethaneorificesintothedistributoroutlets.Mountthepolyurethaneantisiphoningoff-takesonthedistributoroutlets.RefertotheassemblydrawingssuppliedbyMULTOTECaswellastheexplodedviewofthismanualandnotethepositionandplacementoftheH.D.P.E.pipingandelbows.Cutsuitablelengthsofpipeandassemblethepipenetworkaccordingly.4.安裝安裝螺旋分選機(jī)，請按照下列環(huán)節(jié)：從框架內(nèi)取出螺旋組件。這是為避免螺旋組件被來自誤操作、焊接火花、研磨濺射等損壞。將取出的螺旋組件豎直放置在安全的地方。將鋼構(gòu)造框架移到為之準(zhǔn)備好的安裝位置。如有需要，框架可被拆卸成若干便于解決的部件。用高質(zhì)量的水平儀乃至定鏡水準(zhǔn)儀，來確?？蚣馨卜诺乃健Ｓ脢A鉗將框架固定在其應(yīng)在的位置。注意：對框架的焊接或者鉆孔將會破壞框架表面的鍍鋅層，從而會造成框架的腐蝕。裝好螺旋分選機(jī)的各個組件，并調(diào)節(jié)好它們的方向。將礦漿分派器安裝在框架的頂部。將入料管和礦漿給料管使用方法蘭連接起來。注意：礦漿給料管必須用獨(dú)立的構(gòu)造支承。將聚亞胺酯的隔板墊入到礦漿分派器的出口。將聚亞胺酯材料的反虹吸裝置裝配在礦漿分派器的出口處。參考MULTOTEC提供的裝配圖以及手冊上部件分解圖，注意H.D.P.E.管道與彎管的位置與安放。如果管道偏長，能夠剪切到適宜的長度，方便管道網(wǎng)絡(luò)的安裝。Importantnote:●Ensurethateachsupplylinefollowsaconstantdowngradientof±20?.●EnsurethattheelbowsareinsertedasshowninFig.F1.●SeattheH.D.P.E.pipesfirmlyagainsttheshouldersinsidetheelbows(Fig.F1)toeliminateturbulence.11.Suspendthelaundersbelowtheframeatanangleof±20?.12.Repeattheprocedure(10above)toinstallthelinesbetweentheproductboxesandthelaunders.13.Testtheentireassemblyforleaksbyrunningwaterthrougheachlineandvisuallycheckingeachconnection.重要注意點(diǎn)：●確保每個給料管有一種向下±20?角的傾斜梯度?！翊_保彎管如圖F1中所示安插。●將H.D.P.E.管如圖F1中所示在彎管內(nèi)部緊靠管壁安裝，以確保穩(wěn)定。11.將洗煤槽以±20?角懸吊在框架下方。12.重復(fù)環(huán)節(jié)10以上的操作，將管道安裝在產(chǎn)品收集箱與洗煤槽之間。13.將每個管道通水，檢查整個設(shè)備與否有漏水現(xiàn)象。INSTALLATIONDuringoperation,theSpiralConcentratorneedsno(orverylittle)operatorattendance.Itis,however,ofutmostimportancetoadjustafewcomponentsforeachapplicationtoensureoptimumperformance.TocommissiontheSpiralConcentrator,proceedasfollows:Ensurethatalltheinternalpipeconnectionshavebeensecuredinaccordancewiththeinstallationinstructions.Ensurethatalltheexternalfeedrequirements(Particlesize,SolidsconcentrationandFlowrate)havebeenmetinaccordancewiththeMetallurgicalOperatingCriteriaSpecificationsuppliedbyMULTOTEC.Allowtheslurrytoflowthroughthespiralconcentratorandadjustthesplittersasnecessary.Note:Initially,theConcentratormayproduceanoutofspecproduct.Insuchaninstancerefertothefaultfindinganalysisofthismanual.安裝在運(yùn)行期間，螺旋分選機(jī)無需（或僅需極少量）人工維護(hù)。然而，為了確保機(jī)器最佳的運(yùn)行性能，有必要對幾個核心部件做適宜的調(diào)節(jié)和維護(hù)。為使螺旋分選機(jī)正常生產(chǎn)，按以下進(jìn)行：確保全部管道按照安裝闡明上的規(guī)定連接。確保全部外部給料的參數(shù)（顆粒大小，固體濃度，流量）滿足MULTOTEC提供的《冶金學(xué)操作原則規(guī)范》。調(diào)節(jié)分流器到適宜位置，使?jié){液在螺旋分選機(jī)中合理分流。注意：剛開始工作時(shí)，螺旋分選機(jī)可能會產(chǎn)出不合規(guī)定的產(chǎn)品。若出現(xiàn)這種狀況，請參考本手冊的故障分析。CONDITIONMONITORINGANDEQUIPMENTMAINTENANCEThespiralconcentratorhasnomovingpathapartfromtheproductsplitter.Theperformanceoftheequipmentisaffectedbythefollowingfactors,whichshouldbemonitoredatregularintervalsduringoperation.FeedCondition:-dailySpiralfeedshouldbedeclinedandfreeoflargeparticles(+3mm).Blockagesinthefeedpiping,orificesanddepositofsolidsonthespiraltrougharecausedbythepresenceofover-sizematerial,aswellasexcessivewearofallwettedparts.Dailychecksforthepresenceofover-sizematerialshouldbeconducted(visualorsample).Upstreamfeedpreparationequipment(cyclones,screens)shouldbecheckedifexcessiveamountsofslims,orcoarseparticlesarepresentinthespiralfeed.SplitterSettings:-dailyThepositionofproductsplittershastobedeterminedfrominitialtestsduringcommissioningandshouldremainunchangedduringoperation,unlessfeedconditionorproductrequirementschange.Impactofwaterjetsontothesplitterblades,etc.duringplantcleaningcanchangethepositionofthesplittersandcareshouldbetakenthatplantmaintenanceactivitiesdonotaffectsplittersettings.Wear:-monthlyOrifices,piping,fittingsandspiralsurface’sexperiencewearduringnormaloperationaluse,atdifferentrates,dependingonoperatingconditions.Allwettedcomponentsandpartsshouldbemonitoredonamonthlybasisforwear.工況監(jiān)測與設(shè)備維護(hù)螺旋分選機(jī)除產(chǎn)品分流器以外，沒有活動部件。設(shè)備的體現(xiàn)受下列因素影響，在運(yùn)行期間，這些因素需要定時(shí)檢測。入料條件：-日測螺旋的給料為向下給料，入料粒度不適宜過大（不超出3mm）。給料管、量孔板的堵塞以及螺旋槽上的物料堆積，都是由于超大尺寸顆粒造成的，濕部件的過分磨損也是由于超大尺寸顆粒造成的。因此需要對超大尺寸顆粒的日常檢測（觀察或者采樣）。需要經(jīng)常檢查上級設(shè)備（旋流器，篩子等）上面與否有超量的煤泥，或者粗顆粒給入螺旋分選機(jī)。分流器設(shè)立：-日測產(chǎn)品分流器的位置在最初試車時(shí)的運(yùn)行測試中就應(yīng)當(dāng)被擬定下來，并在生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行中保持不變，除非入料條件或者產(chǎn)品規(guī)定發(fā)生變化。在設(shè)備清洗過程中沖到分流器刀片上的水會變化分流器的位置。因此，在設(shè)備維護(hù)行動中，必須格外小心，不要變化分流器的設(shè)立。磨損：-月測在不同流量下，正常使用中量孔板、管道、管道配件與螺旋表面的磨損，跟操作條件有關(guān)。全部濕部件應(yīng)當(dāng)以月為單位檢查磨損狀況。
