外貿傭金合同

1、外貿經(jīng)紀人傭金合同（中、英）甲方：（生產(chǎn)廠家 乙方：（中間人） 根據(jù)中華人民共和國合同法和有關法律法規(guī)的規(guī)定，乙方接受甲方的委托，為甲方產(chǎn)品尋找海外客商，雙方經(jīng)協(xié)商一致，簽訂本合同 第一條：委托事項：甲方委托乙方尋找海外客商為甲方推銷其產(chǎn)品：第二條：委托事項的具體要求：（ 1） 甲方應保證所生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品的合法性及保證產(chǎn)品質量。（ 2） 甲方與海外客商交易的具體價格、交貨方式、支付方式等由甲方與海外客商雙方協(xié)商約定。（或者甲乙雙方協(xié)商約定）（3） 乙方不對甲方與海外客商的交易提供任何信用擔保, 以及甲方在以后的合同履約時和海外客戶發(fā)生的一切糾紛，乙方概不承擔連帶和賠償責任。甲方應嚴格按國家的“ FO

2、B C&F 或 CIF 條款”執(zhí)行與海外客商所簽定的合同。（4）乙方不能將甲方營業(yè)范圍內的海外客戶關系泄露給第三方，否則甲方會按盜竊公司機密對乙方提起公訴。 第三條：傭金的計算、給付方式、給付時間：（1）甲方同意按每筆合同成交總額（扣除稅金，運費和貨代的費用）的 支付傭金給乙方。（ 2） 給付方式及時間：在甲方執(zhí)行完合同后 7 天內一次性付給乙方。第四條：違約責任：（1） 甲方若不按本合同第三條的（2）執(zhí)行，逾期一天應支付乙方滯納金，滯納金系數(shù)為：總傭金的5%。/天。（2）甲方同意凡乙方所介紹的海外客商，其將來與甲方發(fā)生的每筆業(yè)務，甲方都將按本合同的第三條支付傭金給乙方，否則，甲方愿接
