3、ed schedules.根據(jù)已創(chuàng)建進度表來發(fā)運和安裝裝飾品3 Coordin ati ng delivery, in stallati on and final placeme nt of fur ni shi ngs with work being done by Gen eral Con tractor and other con tractors as required.使發(fā)貨、安裝和飾物最終布置與總包商和其他分包商之工作相協(xié)調(diào)。4 Cutting and fitting of furnishing items as may be required to allow installat

The finished item must fully accord with the detail drawing as well as with this specification.以下說明具有普遍性，必須與具體家私之詳圖聯(lián)系在一起使用。成品必須與詳圖和說明書一致。4.4 CONTRACTOR DRAWI NG 承包商圖紙4.4.1 Con tractors Shop Drawi ngs 承包商廠家安裝圖Approved full size shop drawings will be required for all th

7、e fabricated items of a quantity less than (5) in total. These drawings will be submitted to the Desig ner for the approval prior to mencing fabricati on and shall be related to any pert inent job site con diti ons and dime nsions. Shop Draw ings shall show all the dime nsions, details of con struct

9、e Samples 模型樣品The Con tractor shall be required to make a prototype sample for each item of loose furniture, which has a total qua ntity of six (6) or more. This prototype shall be made accord ing to the detail draw ing in order to determ ine the suitability of local materials and workmanship to the

10、 design intent. The Designer shall make periodic inspections during construction of the prototypes to review methods of workma nship, jo inting and fixing so as to en sure that all workma nship, materials and con structi on are adequate for the item's final usage. Once pleted and approved in wri

12、uantity of more than 25 pieces, the prototype shall be made as an additional piece, and shall be reta ined by the Desig ner or Owner for final paris on purchases - although the Con tractor shall at all times have access to the prototype for mai ntai ning the n ecessary sta ndards of workma nship.此物品

14、ess to the Con tractor's workshops in order to in spect and approve con structi on, materials and workma nship on a step-by-step basis.對于卡座、包廂和大件家私，設計師應去承包商車間按步驟監(jiān)視和審批施工、材料和工藝。d) Approval shall be on a step-by-step basis and no pleted unit will be accepted without prior step-by-step inspection an

15、d approval give n.審批需按步驟進展，事先未做檢品和審批的物件是無法承受的。4.5 TIMBER 木材Timber is to be of the species in dicated on detail draw ings or specified on the Materials and Fini shes Specificati on Chart. It is to be the best of its kind, well seasoned and kiln dried with a moisture content not less than 10% and not

16、exceeding 15%, depending on the climatic conditions prevailing at the site. It is to be matched for colour and braining, be free from worm holes, large loose or dead knots or other defects and saw n die square.木材必須是詳圖或材料/飾面說明表里指定的那類。必須是該類別中的優(yōu)質(zhì)品、風干和窯干，含水量不少 于10%也不能超過15%，這些都要視現(xiàn)場氣候條件而定。必須保持顏色一致，不能有蟲洞、大

18、可局部隱藏局部暴露。4.6 PLYWO OD基層板Plywood is to be a premium quality, close-grained plywood suitable for veneering, painting or bonding plastic laminate as required by detail draw ings and specificati on .It is to be a res in bon ded, weatherproof bra nd. For outdoor fur niture is to be a- sta ndard specific

19、ati on "Mari ne" bra nd. Exposed edges will be fini shed with a strip of solid wood, ton gue and grooved and glued, or as detailed.根據(jù)詳圖和說明書的要求，必須采用質(zhì)量一流、紋理細密的基層板，以適用于鑲面、涂面或焊接防火塑材。必須以樹脂粘合，而且是防風化的那種。室外家具采用統(tǒng)一規(guī)格的Mari ne牌。裸露的毛邊將飾以實心木條、開槽并黏結。For 'Wet' areas, (Bathrooms, Food Service, Kitc

20、hens, Bars) plywood shall also be of Marine grade.對于潮濕區(qū)域，浴室、食物服務區(qū)、廚房、酒吧，仍需Mari ne牌的基層板。4.7 JOINTS 接縫All joints shall be standard mortise and tenon, dowel, dovetail, cross-halved, mitred, tongue and groove and rebated. Nailed butt joints will not be permitted. Where mortise and tenon joints are used,

21、 tenons should fit the mortises exactly.所有接縫必須為標準的榫眼和接榫、銷子、楔形榫頭、交叉分隔、斜拼接的、榫舌和凹槽以與鈍化。不 允許采用釘結合形式。榫眼和接榫的接合處必須嚴密貼合。4.8 FASTENINGS固定Screws, n ails, etc. will be sta ndard iron or wire unl ess otherwise show n on draw in gs. In the case of outdoor fur niture, they shall be of brass or other non-corrosive

Exposed fastenings are to match the finish of the hardware.除非圖紙上另行說明，螺絲釘、圖釘一般為標準鐵質(zhì)或金屬絲。如果是室外家具，材質(zhì)必須為黃銅或其 他防腐蝕金屬。裸露之固件必須與五金飾面相匹配。Where screws show on a finished surface, they shall be sunk and the hole plugged with a wood plug of the same wood and grain of the finished surface, unless detaile

24、oved manufacture and supply, well made and equal in every respect to the samples to be deposited with the Desig ner. The Con tractor may be required to produce and provide samples from many differe nt sources before the Desig ner is able to make a decisi on, and he should allow in his rates for so d

The rates for fixing hardware are to include for all fitting, cutting, sinking,

This will be of fi

37、rst class standard workmanship with webbing, no sag springs, coiled springs, padding and filling as follows. 5mm Thick Dunlop Endura Foam to back and seat timber framed upholstered fur niture. Where a webbed frame is used 3-6 inch thick Dunlop En dura foam is to be used. Seat and back cushions are t

38、o be finished with 2 layers of 200g dacron wrapped over the foam. Covering fabrics will be sew n with con cealed stitch detail unl ess no ted otherwise on the draw in gs. Yarn is to be selected to match fabric colour unl ess no ted otherwise on the draw in gs. Samples of the Dye Lots of the specifie

This shall in clude storage at the Con tractor&#

44、4 Con tractors are remin ded that differe nt climatic con diti ons exist ing betwee n workshop and the place of the project may affect the moisture content and finishing characteristics of the fur niture items. As such the Con tractor must make the n ecessary allowances and arrangements to protect s

45、uch furniture items. If refinishing at the place of the project, after placement offur niture, is required this shall be the Con tractor's sole resp on sibility and expe nse.需提醒制作單位的是由于車間和項目地的氣候差異，可能會影響家私物件的濕度和飾面特性。因此制作 單位必須采取必要的措施來保護這些家私。如果家私在項目地到位后發(fā)生整修情況，由此產(chǎn)生的后果和 費用必須由制作單位一力承當。4.14 PAINTER 漆匠4
