24、ystemgrounding2DCSapplicationprincipleThefollowingprinciplesshallbetakenintocomprehensiveconsiderationintherespectofnecessityandfeasibilityofDCSapplicationbeforetheadoptionofDCSisdetermined.2.1Necessity2.1.1Intheeventoflongprocessflowandmanydetectionandcontrolcircuits,thefeaturesofDCSsuchasbigcapaci
25、tyandstrongfunctioncanbefullyutilizedthroughapplication.2.1.2Intheeventofcomplexprocesscontrolplan,manyseniorcontrolsystemsandhighsecurityandreliabilityrequirements,theapplicationofconventionalanaloginstrumentscanhardlymeetthetechnicaloperationrequirements.2.1.3Intheeventofhighrequirementsforoperati
26、onmanagementfunctions,suchasprintingofoperationandcross-limitalarmdataaswellasexecutionofcostaccountingandtechnicaleconomicindexanalysisreportforms.2.1.4TheadoptionofDCScanhelptoimproveproductionefficiencyandproductquality.2.2Feasibility2.2.1Sophisticatedproductiontechnologyandrichdesignexperiencewi
27、llhelpDCStocomeintooperation.2.2.2TheenduserofDCShasastrongtechnicalforceandcertainoperation,maintenanceandmanagementcapabilities.2.2.3Incomparisonwithconventionalanaloginstruments,thetechnicaleconomicindexoftheinvestmentforDCSisreasonable.Theenduserhastheabilitytoinvestfunds.3BasicfunctionsofDCSDCS
28、hasavarietyoffunctions.Thereasonableandeffectiveimplementationofthefollowingfunctionsshallbeconsideredinthefirstplaceduringdesignselectionandsystemconfiguration.3.1ProcesscontrolfunctionInengineeringdesign,suchseniorcontrolfunctionsascascade,ratio,feedforward,overrideandpuredelaytimecompensationcanb
29、eappliedaccordingtotheactualrequirementsofprocessmonitoringinadditiontothebasicfeedbackcontrolfunctionandsequentialcontrolfunction.Moreover,anintegratedcontrolarithmeticformulacanbeestablishedwithvariousarithmeticunitstomeetmorecomplicatedcontrolrequirements.3.2OperatingfunctionCommonoperationstatio
30、ninwhichonlykeyboardisusedtorealizeproductionprocessoperationortheoperationstationinwhichkeyboard,ball(mouse)or(and)touchscreenareusedtorealizeproductionprocessoperationcanbeadoptedaccordingtotheoperationrequirementsandtheoperationmodeofthevariousDCSs.3.3DisplayfunctionSuchframesasgroupingdisplay,tr
31、enddisplayanddynamicprocessdisplayarearrangedwithreasonontheprincipleoffacilitatingobservationandoperationbasedongeneralpicturedisplay,groupingdisplay,singlepointdisplay,historytrenddisplay,alarmpointsummarydisplayanddynamicanalogprocessdisplayfunctionofDCS.Ifnecessary,thedisplayoperationfunctionofo
32、peningawindowontheflowframecanalsobeselected.3.4AlarmfunctionThesystemalarmfunctionofDCSshallbeabletoautomaticallydiagnosethemalfunctionsoccurredinoperationstation,on-sitecontrolstationorcommunicationsystemandsendoutalarmsignals.TheprocessalarmfunctionofDCSshallbeabletodetecttheabnormalstateofthepro
33、ductionprocessanddisplayalarmsignalontheCRTscreen.Forimportantalarmsignalsorsysteminterlocksignals,individualalarmpanelcanalsobeadopted(someDCSsdonothavethealarmpanelstructure).Ifnecessary,audioalarmdevicecanalsobeequipped.Flashalarminstalledonauxiliaryoperationdeskcanbeadoptedasrequired.3.5Tablinga
34、ndprintingfunctionReportformprinterandreal-timealarmprintershallbeselectedrespectively.Reportformprinting:Printingcantakeplaceinrealtimeaccordingtotheformat,contentandprintingperiodofreportformspecifiedbytheenduser,oratanymomentasrequired.Alarmprinting:Thetagnumber,timeandalarmoperatingconditionofal
35、lthealarmpointsshallbeprintedinrealtime.3.6InformationmanagementfunctionExternalmemory(suchasdisk,tapedrive)isadoptedtosaveimportantinformationaccordingtotherequirementsofprocessoperationandmanagement.Thetypeandcapacityofexternalmemorycanbedeterminedaccordingtotheamountofinformationtobesaved,thesavi
36、ngdurationandtheenoughmarginstobeleft.3.7CommunicationfunctionwithuppercomputerandPLCDCScanbeaskedtocommunicateinrealtimewithuppersupervisorycontrolcomputertoperformoptimizationcontrolandproductionmanagementfunction,orcommunicatewiththeprogrammablelogiccontrollertoperformcomplexsequentialcontrolands
37、ignalinterlockfunctionasrequired.IftheDCSandtheuppercomputerarenotconfiguredatthesametime,DCScanberequiredtobeequippedwiththecommunicationinterfacewiththeuppercomputer.3.8SystemconfigurationfunctionTheDCSwithofflineandonlinesystemconfigurationfunctionsshallbeadopted.Thesystemconfigurationfunctionsha
38、llincludeconfiguration,generationandmodificationofoperationstationmonitorandcontrolstationcontrolfunction.4BasicstructureofDCSDCSmainlyconsistsofthreeparts,operationstation,controlstationandcommunicationsystem.Thefollowingitemsshallbeconsideredinthefirstplaceduringdesignandselection.4.1Operationstat
39、ion4.1.119orabovecolorcathode-raytubedisplay(hereinafterreferredtoasCRT)withoperationalkeyboardshallbeadoptedtoprovidedtheoperator,engineerandDCSmaintenancepersonnelwithdifferentmonitoringandoperatingfunction.Suchfactorsasthescaleofdetectionandcontrolsystem,theactualoperatingandmonitoringrequirement
40、sandtheredundancyshallbetakenintoconsiderationduringconfigurationofthenumberofCRTwithkeyboard(hereinafterreferredtoas“manmachineinterface”).Generally,theconfigurationofmanmachineinterfacecanbeselectedaccordingtothefollowingranges.Twosetscanbeequippedfor50-setandbelowcontrolsystem.Twotofoursetscanbee
41、quippedfor50-to-100-setcontrolsystem.Fourtofivesetscanbeequippedfor100-to-150-setcontrolsystem.Fivetosevensetscanbeequippedfor150-to-200-setcontrolsystem.Aproperamountofmanmachineinterfacescanbeequippedfor200-setandabovecontrolsystemaccordingtotheoperationfeatureoftheprocessunit.4.1.2Diskdrive(inclu

47、nmeasurerofcompressor).Whenthesignalsourceissituatedinanexplosion-proofarea,explosionprotectionmeasuresshallbetakenaccordingtotheexplosion-proofgraderequirement.Forexample,explosionproofbarriercanbeinstalledinfrontofthesitesideofinput/outputcardinsertion.4.2.2ControlunitThestructureandfunctionofthec

53、nfigurationstation(engineerstation)isrequiredduringsystemconfigurationofDCS,systemconfigurationstation(engineerstation)shallbeconfigured.4.5.2Systemconfigurationstation(engineerstation)shallbecapableofofflineconfigurationandonlineconfiguration.Itshallbeprovidedwithallthefunctionsofoperationstationan
54、dcapableofbeingusedforsoftwaredevelopment.4.5.3Onlyonesystemconfigurationstation(engineerstation)isrequiredforonesetofDCS(includingseveraloperationstationsandcontrolstations).5PowersupplyofDCS5.1ExternalpowersupplyofDCS5.1.1TheelectricityofDCSshallbeprovidedbyUninterruptedPowerSupply(UPS).5.1.2Thepo
55、wersupplyofDCSshallconformtothespecificationswithregardtoDCSpowersupplyintheRegulationforDesignofInstrumentPowerSupplySystem(HG20509-92).ThequalityofthepowersupplyshallmeettherequirementsofcontinuousnormaloperationofDCS.5.1.3UPSshallbeprovidedwithnoncorrosivehighperformancebattery,ofwhichthecapacity
56、shouldsupport15-30minbackupusebasedonthescaleofDCS.5.2InternalpowersupplyofDCS5.2.1RedundancypowersupplyunitshallbeprovidedinsideDCS.5.2.2Thecapacityofeachpowersupplyunitshallnotbelessthan125%oftheactualmaximumload.5.2.3Alarmdisplayandcontactoutputshallbeprovidedincaseoflowvoltageofthepowersupplyuni
57、t.6ReliabilityofDCS6.1Redundancyrequirement6.1.1RedundancyconfigurationshallbeadoptedfortheoperationstationandcommunicationbusofDCS.ThesupplierofDCS(includingDCSmanufacturerandwholesetsupplyingdepartment,thesamebelow)shallguarantee20%sparecapacityoftheoperationstationandcommunicationbus.6.1.2Thesupp
58、lierofDCSshallguarantee10%-15%sparecapacityoftheI/OcardofDCSaswellas10%cardinstallationspaceand10%spareterminalsinthemachinecabinet.6.1.3Theredundancyofthecontrollercanbeconfiguredbytheuserpursuanttothefollowingprinciples:Importantcontrolcircuit:1:1Lessimportantcontrolcircuit:n:1(nistheactualnumbero
